New to Grow
Hi, I’m Alondra. I support individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is holistic and trauma‑informed, honoring the mind, body, and spirit as we work together to create alignment and lasting change. I hold space with intention, compassion, and cultural awareness, helping you release what no longer serves you and step into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our early sessions, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in, clarify your goals, and co‑create a path that feels supportive and sustainable. My work is rooted in a holistic approach—honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Together, we focus on alignment, healing, and cultivating a deeper sense of wellbeing from the inside out.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a first-generation Latina, mom, and someone who has struggled with mental health my goal is to make sure that no one feels alone in their healing journey.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I help clients move through stress, trauma, relationship patterns, and life transitions by honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Together, we focus on releasing what no longer serves you, strengthening your inner voice, and building a life that feels authentic, empowered, and aligned.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as part of a holistic approach, helping clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through guided reflection, reframing, and skill‑building, clients learn practical tools to reduce distress, challenge intrusive thoughts, and create healthier patterns that support mind‑body wellness.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness‑based therapy as part of a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through grounding exercises, breathwork, and intentional awareness, I help clients cultivate inner calm, reduce reactivity, and create space for healing and self‑compassion.
