I am a seasoned therapist who enjoys working with client of all ages. I have been able to obtain a quality education that has helped me gain great skills to work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that we all need to have positive acceptance in our lives, and to be able to connect with a therapist who accepts without judgment. I form a bond with my clients and allow them to be their true selves. It is a privilege to be able to help people find their way. I believe that therapy should be a partnership experience that empowers clients to find the best solutions for themselves, even when the solutions are hard. I provide the safe space that is needed for clients to process prior trauma, current life events and experiences. I am supportive, positive, and encouraging, and do all that I can to help my clients achieve their best life possible.
Clients should expect acceptance, encouragement, and honesty in their first session. I complete an intake that gains valuable information so I can be assured that clients have a chance to tell their story and to feel heard.
My greatest strengths consist of openness, and humanness. I listen; I hear; and I validate.
I truly enjoy working with clients who are willing to listen, learn, and understand choices in their lives. I am transparent in my approach and appreciate transparency from clients. None of us are perfect and I don't expect clients/people to be perfect. It is ok. We are in it together!

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Client-Centered Therapy; EMDR; Humanistic Therapy; and several other evidenced based therapies to provide the most appropriate therapy to each individual client.
