Holding dual licensure as an LMFT and LPCC, I work with adolescents, adults of all ages, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, school and career concerns, major life transitions, grief, and stress. My background in both mental health and education allows me to understand the different challenges that can arise across the lifespan—from adolescence and young adulthood through midlife and older adulthood.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including CBT and DBT-informed strategies, to help clients manage difficult emotions, change unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life. I also provide CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) for clients struggling with racing thoughts, disrupted sleep, and persistent insomnia.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood while also gaining concrete tools for meaningful change. Whether you are facing anxiety or depression, relationship or family concerns, school or career decisions, loss, or a significant life transition, therapy can provide both support and a practical path forward.

I became a psychotherapist in 2018, because this work, works. Not just clinically, but personally. I have watched it change lives, including people I love deeply, and there is nothing that has convinced me more of the transformative power of this process than witnessing it up close, year after year. I wouldn't do this work if it didn't work. I do it because it does, and I can't imagine a more meaningful way to spend my life. I'm proud to bring to this work my own lived experience as a queer and neurodivergent person, which has shaped how I show up in this role in ways that training alone never could. It's deepened my understanding of identity, resilience, and what it truly takes to grow into yourself in a world that wasn't always designed with you in mind. So much of this work I liken to the art of stained glass, taking the shattered pieces of a life and arranging them into something that doesn't just hold together, but lets the light shine in. I've been allowed a rich privilege of walking alongside clients through some of the most challenging and transformative chapters of their lives, and there is nothing else I could imagine doing.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate profound life challenges, find resilience, and step into a place of true healing. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process pain, discover inner strength, and reclaim your narrative. My therapeutic style is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I tailor our work to your unique needs and prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel deeply seen and understood.
I have been licensed for 35 years. I received my degree in clinical psychology from George Fox University. I specialize in PTSD, depression and anxiety. I use EMDR and CBT to address trauma. I enjoy helping people discover stories they have been living that no longer work for them. Hope is an essential quality to have as you embrace new narratives and ways of being in the world. I am committed to honesty and compassion as you discover new ways of being. I employ a style that is relational and collaborative. Faith has been an important part of my journey and I am comfortable incorporating that into your work if you desire.

Hi, I’m Selena!
As a first-generation therapist from the Latinx community, I understand that life can come with layers of family expectations, cultural values, responsibility, and the feeling that you’re supposed to just “figure it out.” I know how important it can be to have someone who understands those nuances without judgment.
I’m a warm, collaborative therapist who believes you shouldn’t have to pretend to have it all together in therapy. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, overwhelmed, confused, motivated, or somewhere in between.
My approach is genuine, validating, and relatable. I use humor when it feels right, because sometimes you need to laugh at the absurdity of life before you can figure out what to do with it. I’m not here to sit across from you and act like I have all the answers. I’m here to listen, understand, ask the hard questions when needed, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Hi and welcome! We all struggle with the human condition from time to time. As your therapist I’m here to meet you with genuine connection, to truly see and hear you. It's only in a safe, supportive space that we can truly unpack the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape our lives and create lasting, intentional change. I offer a unique blend of motivational coaching and in-depth therapy. Together, we’ll take a holistic look at your unique humanness - your strengths, struggles, values and patterns - while working toward practical, goal-oriented solutions that help you reduce emotional suffering and move forward in your life, relationships, and career.

These challenges may include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, substance misuse, and grief among others. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I will approach our work together through a holistic lens aiming to offer hope for healing as well as discovery of meaning and fulfillment in life. I’m dedicated to helping adults and families navigate the complexities of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, relationship stress, and self-esteem issues. With over 15 years of experience in social services, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware lens to the therapeutic relationship. My passion lies in helping individuals strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, express emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self.
My vision in life is to help people understand and be changed by the fact that they are precious, valuable, and loved. What we believe about ourselves shapes the thoughts we have and the decisions we make, so my goal is always to start with identity since everything flows from that. When we learn how God truly views us, we have the ability to gain renewed perspective and tools for how to deal with the anxiety, depression, and other turmoil life brings.

I also have experience providing individual therapy to persons experiencing life stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD and a myriad of other

Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters Degree from Phillips Graduate Institute and have been providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings with multiple populations for over 14 years.
With years of experience in the field, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships and the impact they have on your overall well-being. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment and family systems theory, to help you navigate through your challenges and achieve the outcomes you desire. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to explore your concerns, uncover underlying patterns, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles.
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people—their stories, their emotions, and the quiet places where they carry their pain.
After experiencing my own seasons of grief and change, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you through it. Becoming a therapist felt less like a decision and more like a calling to offer the support I once needed myself.
Today, I’m honored to hold space for others as they navigate loss, healing, and the search for themselves again.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and understanding. I partner with clients to explore patterns, build coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My work is informed by trauma-informed care and a holistic perspective that honors each client’s lived experience. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
I am a licensed therapist (LMFT) and have been practicing for the past 7 years with a wide range of diverse clients. I received my bachelors degree in Psychology from UCLA and my masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. My clients describe my style as genuine, comfortable, patient and educational. I lead with my heart while also helping people connect with reason, skills and resources.

My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside with you to navigate life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change, healing, and a greater sense of well-being.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am fluent in English, Farsi, and Pashto.
Traveling throughout Europe and living in Asia and South America have deepened my cultural sensitivity and understanding of how diverse backgrounds and life experiences influence the way we think, feel, and navigate life. I bring this perspective into my work, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based, and mindfulness approaches to provide individualized and practical support.
Together we will explore life’s transitions, identify areas for growth, and develop tools and coping skills that work best for you. I also use a holistic, client-centered approach grounded in empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.

Welcome! My name is Kimberly Melcon, MA, LMFT, #88001 . I have worked in the mental health field for over 22 years, I earned an MA in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute and an MA in Educational Psychology and Counseling from California State University Northridge. I have a passion for treating individuals who struggle with Eating Disorders, depression, anxiety.I have over 11 years of treating Eating Disorders at various levels of care including Residential (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient and community support groups.
I have been practicing for over 10 years, and it has been my passion from the beginning. I obtained my Master's degree at the University of Southern California (USC) with concentrations in Health and Mental Health. Working in mental health comes from a deep desire to help others. I have always been curious and passionate about learning how the mind works and what drives certain behaviors. I am continually inspired by human resilience and feel privileged to be in a field that allows me to support others as they explore their identities, discover themselves, deepen self-understanding, and heal from intergenerational wounds and unhelpful patterns.
I genuinely believe that you as the client are the expert of your own life and I am here to guide you through your individual journey and human growth. I provide a comforting, compassionate, and free of judgment space. I take a collaborative approach, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself and the underlying factors that may be contributing to life’s challenges. Together, we work towards creating changes that foster a more fulfilling life. In our work together, I meet you where you are and provide guidance as you move forward.
I consider myself a relational and systems-based therapist. That means that I value discussing relationships and the impact of them on you. I also seek to understand my client as a whole person and not just your symptoms. At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is meaningful and often mirrors patterns that show up outside the therapy room. Together, we will explore these dynamics with curiosity and compassion and without judgment. I deeply value your goals and concerns, and I also believe therapy is a space where thoughtful, honest feedback can be both empowering and healing. Above all, my goal is for therapy to feel collaborative and supportive.
I’m a clinical and forensic psychologist who was raised in California and Hawaii. I strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, collaborative, and genuine—one where you can bring your whole self, including the messy, complicated, and sometimes funny parts of being human. I work with people from all backgrounds and identities, and I’m particularly drawn to supporting people navigating grief, life transitions, multicultural identities, relationship challenges, serious mental illness, and other complex experiences. My approach is psychodynamic and integrative, which means we’ll pay attention to the patterns and themes that have developed over time and how they may be showing up in your life and relationships today.
Hi, I'm James. I believe therapy should ultimately help create meaningful change. What change looks like is different for everyone. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time, returning after time away, or realizing that something in your life isn't working the way you'd like, I would be glad to explore that with you.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor with 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with people across a wide range of backgrounds, and levels of need. Much of my career has been spent serving and leading in community mental health, where I saw how our mental health can be shaped not only by our history, but by our families, communities, cultures, and the world around us.
I am comfortable working with experiences that are often described as "high acuity," including significant trauma, depression, anxiety, and psychosis. I am equally interested in the quieter things that can make life harder than it needs to be, like the nagging doubts, persistent insecurities, difficult relationships, or old patterns that no longer serve you.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to have it figured out before we begin. My role is to listen, take your experiences seriously, and work alongside you to better understand what's happening and to facilitate change. I will honor your story and your pace while helping you move toward change that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
Parisa Gallinger, Psy.D., LMFT
I hold a doctorate in psychology and am certified by the California Board as a marriage and family therapist working with individuals, families, and couples. My mission is to create a supportive space where we can face fears with compassion, courageously embrace openness, and find relief in human connections.
Our sense of identity can be in crisis due to the burdensome societal expectations placed on us.
So much of what I love about my work as a therapist and faculty member at the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, where I teach clinical psychology graduate courses, is getting to know people and helping them through life, one step at a time, no matter who they are or where they are on their path.
With over to 20 years of experience working alongside children, teens, adults, and families, I’ve learned the importance of meeting people exactly where they are, whether mentally, emotionally, or sometimes even physically. My “out-of-the-box” approach is flexible and adaptable to each individual's unique needs, offering creative, client-centered strategies where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore at your own pace.
My journey began in community-based settings, working with individuals and families often navigating complex systems. That foundation shaped my core belief: to show up to each session with curiosity and deep respect for each person’s unique story.
My approach has always been to meet clients where they are, helping them discover healthier coping mechanisms and become more effective in their daily lives. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating different modalities to support your growth in ways that feel natural and accessible to you.
As your therapist, I show up as my authentic self, with the intention of creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore at your own pace. I offer an environment where you can express yourself freely, gain deeper insight into your thoughts and emotions, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

I have a passion for learning, helping and growing with you. We are social beings, each with our own story, unique abilities, and personal struggles; let’s stop being alone with the things we have been told are “weird” or “bad,” let’s find a way to be both our best selves and best for others around us. We are not defined by our mistakes, and we are not defined by a diagnosis. We choose how we take control of ourselves presently and in the future.

You are brave and have the answers you need, but you may want help right now to “tune in” to those answers. Stress, overwhelm, and long-term patterns may be too much right now. Using a trauma-informed, client-centered and empathetic approach, I can help you confront and integrate painful experiences, addressing and healing the root along with the symptoms. I specialize in complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship problems and the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and grief that can go along with these problems. I have been in the field of psychology either learning, researching, or providing services for almost 40 years. I have over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed educational services, mental/emotional health therapy, and grief counseling.

Hi there, I'm Leslie.
Do you often find yourself overwhelmed by the demands of a busy life? Maybe you feel like something is "off" that you cannot quite identify. You may feel disconnected and experience frequent low moods. You might be someone who has been diagnosed or self-identified as neurodivergent, or you may be raising a neurodivergent child and feeling lost in coping with your feelings about how to navigate that challenge. You might be stuck in (or exiting) a romantic relationship that does not serve you, but you are struggling to find your path forward. Whatever the source of your anxiety, I am here to help!
I support individuals across a spectrum of ages and circumstances to understand how to find their footing in their daily lives. I use a unique person-centered behavioral approach that is affirming and includes action steps to access change. When you meet with me, you will hear "real talk" grounded in evidenced-based techniques. Together we will discover a path to a more manageable daily life that fits your specific circumstances.
Congratulations on taking the step to seek support through therapy. l look forward to working together!
Hi! I am a licensed therapist in the state of CA and ID. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 5 years. I have experience helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. I have a strong background in providing effective therapeutic interventions, and I am committed to facilitating positive change and promoting mental well-being.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning that I prioritize building a trusting and collaborative relationship with you. I believe in meeting you where you are in your journey and tailoring treatment plans to best support your unique needs and goals. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I empower you to explore your emotions, gain insight, and develop the skills necessary to navigate life's complexities.
My style is warm, curious, engaged, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently and occasionally asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll be right there with you—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective, and sometimes bringing humor into the room when it feels right.
I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who have done a lot of thinking about themselves but still find themselves caught in patterns they can’t quite think their way out of. You may be successful and capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense that something is missing.
I also work with people who feel disconnected—from their emotions, their relationships, or even themselves. Sometimes that disconnection developed for very good reasons. If you learned early in life to stay in control, rely on yourself, push feelings aside, or keep others at a distance, those strategies may have helped you survive difficult experiences but now leave you feeling stuck or alone.
My approach is grounded largely in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, mindfulness, and somatic work. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we get curious about what happened, what you learned to do to survive or belong, and what different parts of you may still be trying to protect.
Our work is about more than understanding yourself. It’s about experiencing yourself differently—with more compassion, more choice, deeper connection, and less internal noise.

You’re an Asian-American professional who has achieved a great deal, yet you still feel unhappy. You may feel angry with the people you love most, anxious about what life may bring, disappointed when things don’t go your way, and frustrated with all of the above. You know there has to be more to life than simply getting through the day, but you haven’t been able to figure out what that is yet.

Hi, my name is Ben. I'm a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) man. While I am open to working with adults of all brain types, my practice focuses on neurodivergence-affirming therapy for autistic adults. As an autistic individual myself, I am keenly aware of and recognize the challenges and strengths of having a brain that works differently than the majority. I consider myself to be primarily a person-centered therapist, but often utilize many other modalities in my work with clients, including, but not limited to, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and EMDR. During my time as a pre-licensed therapist, I completed EMDR training and became very fascinated by its potential to help individuals recover from traumatic experiences and change maladaptive self-concepts. I'm proud to be able to offer this evidence-based treatment to my clients.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2015. Over the past eight years, I have been providing psychotherapy services to support individuals in their recovery from a wide variety of mental health challenges and trauma. I believe that providing a safe space to heal and grow is an important piece of mental health recovery, and it is something I strive to provide to each of my clients. I would describe myself as a very positive person, calm, an optimist, and creative.
I am looking forward to meeting with you!
Hello! My name is Gloria Rojas and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Outside of private practice, I work as a Director of Mental Health for a community-based mental health agency. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Master’s in Social Work and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Work and Child Welfare and Attendance. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space to process, heal and rebuild.
My services can be provided to clients with the following concerns: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, behavioral issues, ADHD, loss/grief, acute stress, adjustment to life transitions, women's issues, parenting, relationship difficulties, generational trauma, and cultural issues. All services can be provided in English and Spanish.
I was inspired to become a therapist because I truly love helping others and feel a great privilege to be trusted with assisting someone on their journey to healing. I am driven to do this work every day because I have been blessed with experiencing the power of mental health services in my own family of origin. Additionally, as a professional and mother, I hope to serve as an example to others of overcoming obstacles, social pressures, and cultural dynamics to have a balance and thrive in all areas of life.
In our work together, I will focus on understanding your unique needs and helping you prioritize your mental health. My goal is to guide you toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself, finding moments of peace to make each day a bit lighter and brighter. I’m committed to honoring your cultural, religious, and spiritual principles, ensuring that you can both care for yourself and continue to support others. With a diverse professional background, I tailor therapeutic interventions to fit your individual needs, offering a personalized approach to your well-being.
