I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I take a client-centered approach to treatment, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique needs and goals of my clients. In my sessions, I would like to hear from you. Think of me as an observer in your art gallery, not as a critic, but as someone who appreciates your vision and the story you tell. You are the artist, and as such, you will explain to me your pieces, your vision, and your creations. I will take these all in and reflect back to you your work, and if appropriate, draw parallels from your earlier creations.
Your present circumstances don't determine where you go; they merely determine where you start. -Nido Qubein I take a whole person and collaborative approach to therapy, catering therapy to the individual sitting in front of me. My specialties are in the field of grief and loss. Grief is not just bereavement, it is also the loss of a job, a relationship or a dream.
I'm Setareh, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with four years of clinical experience and a Master's degree from Alliant International University. I work with people who feel stuck in their relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or caught in patterns they can't break. If you're here, something probably feels painful right now—and I want you to know that change is possible.
My practice is built on a simple belief: your struggles make sense. They're not random, and they're not something wrong with you. Anxiety, disconnection, conflict—these are usually connected to how you learned to relate to yourself and others, the patterns in your relationships, and how you've protected yourself over time. My job is to help you understand what's underneath and then practice something different.
I work from genuine warmth and real honesty. I create true safety for vulnerability because you deserve to be fully seen. But I also gently push back when patterns keep you stuck, because you deserve more than comfort—you deserve to actually heal and grow.
The work we do is concrete and practical. We don't just talk about problems; we practice new ways of communicating, handling conflict, and connecting. You'll leave with real tools for your actual life.
Whether you're working on your relationship, managing anxiety, navigating family dynamics, or finding solid ground after loss, I'm here to walk alongside you toward meaningful, sustainable change. You deserve support that truly sees you and believes in your capacity to transform.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in behavioral health, and I believe therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and able to show up as your full self—including the sarcastic, overwhelmed, people-pleasing parts. My goal is to help you feel more connected, confident, and grounded in your relationships and everyday life. If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold depth and honesty while still keeping things human and relatable, we may be a good fit.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I believe we are already whole—even in the messy, uncertain, beautifully human parts of life. Therapy isn't about fixing you or getting rid of the parts that feel hard; it's about getting curious, understanding yourself more deeply, and creating a life that feels authentic to who you are.
As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist (and fellow neurospicy human), I know what it's like to spend years wondering if you're too much, not enough, or somehow doing life "wrong." My hope is to offer a space where you can set that down for a while. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity instead of judgment, helping you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels authentic, aligned, and true to you.
I bring warmth, humor, and a little bit of whimsy into the therapy room because healing doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Some of my favorite moments are when clients begin to trust themselves again, reconnect with the parts of themselves they've hidden away, and remember that they were never broken to begin with.
Sometimes, the most profound connections are formed when someone truly listens.I’m Cintia, here not just to hear, but to deeply understand you. In a world where trauma and anxiety often drown out our inner voices, I know that beneath the spoken words, lies a heart’s true narrative.
What a degree in Clinical Psychology and a seven-year journey as a therapist has allowed me to is delve deep into the realms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. While these are my primary focuses, I also bring profound insights into PTSD, intricate family dynamics, relationship challenges, and concerns faced by the LGBTQ community.
As your therapist, I strive to facilitate a connection with you built on trust, safety, and honesty. I utilize empathy and compassion to help my client reach their goals and support them. I have been a therapist for 5 years, working with people of all ages. I utilize all forms of therapy including individual and couples therapy to help you meet your needs as best as possible.
I am a dedicated therapist and strong advocate for growth, healing, and wellness. I support my patients journey to wellness by looking deeply into the whole person and the impacts of social demands/expectations, stress, lived experience, circumstance, relationship, shame, and trauma on those I work with. I have immense passion for supporting people with self discovery, centering the selves and healing.

Hi! I'm a licensed MFT based in Pasadena, CA (but practicing via Telehealth.) I received my masters from the University of Southern California in 2014 and cut my teeth working with young people and their families around LA. My education, training and experience have taught me more than just how to treat relationship issues, emotional disorders, and behavioral problems; I'm also acutely aware of the cultural contexts that shape my clients. I practice from a lens that is social justice-oriented, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities, and recognize that systemic issues like discrimination, racism, and oppression significantly impact mental health. I am comfortable treating many issues, but specialize in working with ADHD, "people pleasing," the "inner critic," and parenting.
I truly believe each individual is the expert on their own life and trust that through treatment, they will learn more about themselves and gain confidence as they contribute in their healing process. My vision for therapy is to aid each client in gaining awareness about who they are and how they came to be with an empathic and client centered approach.

I will pay attention to who you are as an individual, reflect back your strengths, and help you to tie together the seemingly disparate aspects of your life so that you realize how much sense you make, have compassion for all phases of your development, and leave behind what no longer serves you to find the life you've always wanted.
Together we can build up your sense of self, your resilience, and your ability to find peace of mind.

I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant®, earned through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. I have come to learn that empowering individuals to feel equipped to show up fully to themselves and their relationships, is my purpose.
Hello! Welcome to my page! I’m Yisook, a Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of counseling experience supporting diverse individuals and families. I hold deep respect for the uniqueness of every client and I approach each therapeutic relationship with authenticity, curiosity, and openness.
I believe strongly in human resilience and in each person’s inherent capacity for healing. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and together—through a strong therapeutic alliance—we can navigate difficulties and move toward a thriving, fulfilling life.
My name is Ashley Morgan. I am an LCSW by profession, and a mother, wife, daughter, friend, lover of the outdoors, horse girl and forever life learner by creation. I was drawn to a career in mental health due to my awareness and involvement with mental health crises from a young age. Pursuing my graduate degree in social work, with an emphasis in mental health, only strengthened my passion for working with others along their mental health journey. I have professionally been working in the mental health field as an LCSW for over ten years and still find my work extremely gratifying and fulfilling. I believe it is truly a privilege to work alongside individuals as they are experiencing some of their most vulnerable moments in life. I enjoy working with individuals ranging in ages from 12 to 90, as well as working with families. I utilize an eclectic approach, drawing from various modalities, seeing the individual and their life situation as a whole. My goal is to provide a safe and comforting space where I can be an active supporter in helping you heal, learn and grow.
You may be here because you’re navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Changes in home, school, work, relationships, or experiences like foster care and family disruption can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.
I specialize in supporting women, adolescents, and children, with expertise in trauma, grief, life transitions, and child welfare–related experiences. I help clients identify barriers, build coping skills, and move toward healing and resilience.
As an Arabic-speaking therapist, I understand the importance of language and cultural connection in the healing process. I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where my clients feel genuinely heard and supported as they navigate their unique journeys. My approach is rooted in person-centered care, ensuring that every session is tailored to you.
Together, we will create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, free from judgment. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, unresolved grief, or navigating a major life transition, I am here to walk alongside you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I encourage you to reach out. Let’s have a conversation about how I can support you.
I’m Melissa Lapides, and my work centers around attachment. If you’re dating or in a relationship, we’re going to look at how your early experiences shaped the way you connect, protect, pursue, withdraw, or repeat the same patterns over and over. Together, we make sense of why you’re experiencing the challenges you’re having — not from a place of blame, but from understanding. I work with both individuals and couples to help them build more harmonious relationships rooted in emotional safety, secure connection, and real love and intimacy. When you understand your attachment style and nervous system, your relationship patterns stop feeling confusing and start feeling workable.
I’m warm, direct, and grounded — think compassionate but honest. I’ll hold space for your pain, and I’ll also gently call you forward when you’re ready. I believe most struggles make sense in the context of your story and your nervous system, not because something is “wrong” with you. My goal is to help you feel more regulated, more connected, and more empowered in your relationships and your life. Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic — it can be steady, real, and deeply transformative.
My approach is holistic, intuitive, and gently direct. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and bring patterns or blockages that may be limiting fulfilling ways of living into greater awareness.
Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing practical tools to support healing, clarity, and growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I meet each client where they are, moving at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.
I am a compassionate and direct therapist who prioritizes building REAL CONNECTION. My approach is anti-diet and rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) and LGBTQ+ affirmative care. I went through my own journey to heal my relationship with food and my body, and for the past 13 years, have centered my career around helping others do the same. I strive to offer therapy that is grounded in connection, knowledge, and authenticity in order to help my clients develop healthier relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves. I passionately believe my clients CAN experience FREER and FULLER lives.
I am a client centered therapist, which means I believe that the client is the expert on their experiences. I ask questions, am open to feedback, and trust the client's capacity for growth and self-actualization. Additionally, I provide coping skills and evidenced based practices to help clients in these areas. I also use art therapy in my practice, which is workable in telehealth.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. My passion for counseling started in 6th grade where I was nominated to be a peer counselor and I saw the power of how communication, active reflective listening and conflict resolution could shift relationships. I grew up in a chaotic household and studying psychology helped me to develop compassion, empathy and understanding where there was profound pain. My own experience with trauma, depression and anxiety helps me to understand clients from a lived perspective.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from California State University Los Angeles. I have been working in mental health for over 40 years, and as a licensed professional for 16 years. My area of expertise is mental health and supporting clients to be able to adjust and cope better with a myriad of life stressors.
You’re the caretaker or the high achiever—the one who always finds a way to make things work. On the outside, it may look like you’re doing everything “right,” but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or simply exhausted. If you’re wondering how much longer you can keep it all together, you’re not alone. Finding a steady, supportive therapist can be the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with women who are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, anxiety or depression. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people pleasing, or putting others first before themselves.
Together, we look at what’s working in your life and what may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed or drained. From there, we create realistic goals that help you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and bring more peace back into your daily routine. Clients can expect through the process to create stronger boundaries, improve mood, and increase clarity with themselves and the way they see the world.
I am licensed in both CA & TX, and love to see clients remotely for virtual sessions. In addition to my clinical experience, I also have a background in world religious studies, have a passion for all things creative, and love seeing clients from various cultural backgrounds, college students, recent grads, working moms, and young professionals.
Whether you are starting therapy for the first time, returning, or looking for a better fit, all are welcome.

Marriage & Family Therapist | Couples Counseling | Postpartum & First-Time Parent Support
The transition into parenthood can place unexpected strain on even strong relationships. Many couples experience increased conflict, emotional distance, or difficulty communicating after the birth of a child. First-time parents may also struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety that feel isolating or hard to name.
I specialize in working with couples and first-time parents navigating relationship stress and postpartum mental health challenges. I support clients through this transition by helping them strengthen communication, rebuild emotional safety, and develop practical tools that support both individual well-being and long-term relationship health.
Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together. In our work, we slow things down, identify unhelpful patterns, and build skills for emotional regulation, clearer communication, and deeper connection — both individually and as a couple.
I am a psychodynamically oriented therapist who integrates attachment-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply and creating meaningful change. I am, also, always working on and open to learning new therapies to best help my clients!
My work is grounded in the belief that many emotional struggles—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties—are connected to early relational experiences and the patterns we develop to cope, protect ourselves, and connect with others. In therapy, I help clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also building practical tools to manage distress in the present.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of your emotional world. I also pay close attention to what unfolds in the therapeutic relationship, as it can provide important insight and opportunities for healing and growth.
Depending on your needs, our work may include exploring past experiences, identifying emotional and relational patterns, strengthening awareness of thoughts and feelings, and learning skills to support regulation and coping. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, emotional balance, and more secure and fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others.
Therapy with me is a space for both insight and change. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move through life with greater confidence and ease.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Duquesne University and then Marywood University. As a counselor/therapist I work with adults as they navigate the anxieties of life and relationships. I help people identify and assess the thinking/thoughts that bother them and interrupt their relationships with their family or at work. I have studied and used different therapeutic approaches to support persons at different stages of growth. I am not accepting couples at this time.
Therapy is the process of meeting with a licensed mental health professional to help you resolve problematic behaviors, thoughts, feelings and sensations. Through therapy you can change self-destructive behaviors, resolve painful memories, improve relationships and more. With commitment and time you will be able to live a mentally and emotionally healthy life. I have specialty training in the following treatment modalities: EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing; CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; DBT Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Ego States Therapy; Perinatal Mental Health and TFCBT Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use a combination of these modalities in my treatment of clients based on their individual needs.
Hi. My psychotherapy practice serves individual adults who feel stuck in old, negative patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior linked to childhood trauma. My perspective is that childhood trauma can have a lifelong impact on the ability of people to like, accept, and have compassion for themselves; to feel personal and social competence; to feel, express, and regulate their emotions; to be vulnerable, honest, and communicative in relationships; to take risks at work and in relationships; and to find meaning, satisfaction, and joy in life. If you have struggled for years to function in one or more of these areas due to identifiable childhood trauma, you are welcome to set up an initial appointment. The most common emotional problems connected to childhood trauma are depression, anxiety, and OCD. Prior to the appointment, it's best that we speak on the phone to determine if we are a good match.
Hello, I am Desiree Trinidad, a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California. My journey began at USC Medical Center, where I gained invaluable experience working in the ER and Psychiatric Unit. My career has since encompassed roles in hospice care, counseling for the severe mental illnesses, and facilitating support groups for women in recovery. Each step has reinforced my love for working with diverse populations and the fulfillment I find in this work.
My name is Feji, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities.
My goal is to help clients uncover the root of their internal conflicts. I also guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of how trauma could manifest in their bodies. I often say that our bodies are wise, they consistently signal when unresolved emotions and inner conflicts are left unaddressed. Just as we tend to our physical health, it’s vital that we nurture our internal world with the same care and intention.

Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC) based in Berkeley CA and serving clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience working and volunteering in community mental health, and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since January 2018. I received my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2019, and my BA in Psychology from Reed College in 2010. I have been licensed since February 2023.
I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist and work relationally and holistically. I believe all facets of life are (naturally) interrelated--relational, emotional, physical/physiological, cognitive, cultural, societal/political, spiritual, existential... I incorporate orientations, frameworks and insights from across the field: attachment-based (psychodynamic), somatic (Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing, neuroscience), humanistic, mindfulness, gestalt, self-psychology, ACT, DBT, CBT, systems, existential, holistic/spiritual perspectives and wisdom like Buddhism, narrative, human needs perspectives like self-determination theory, communication frameworks like NVC and insights from the Gottmans, and paradigms and perspectives on social justice like feminism, analysis of power and privilege, intersectionality, intergenerational and societal trauma, psychological/emotional/verbal abuse, narcissism/scapegoating/othering etc.
I am guided by a trauma-informed approach that aims to foster empowering client-centered, collaborative, transparent and intersubjective relational conditions that I believe support people’s natural ability to experience safety, connection, and authentic actualization. My work is informed by a lifetime of deep inquiry into human needs and the complex ways familial, social, cultural, economic and biological contexts inform how they may be nurtured, supported, neglected or actively or insidiously contravened. I believe that human attachments and early life experiences, as well as structural power dynamics in social/societal systems, are typically foundationally informative to the bridge or gap between trauma/suffering and thriving in safety and connection. I think humanness and understanding of / respect for these facts, alone, can be a healing provision of therapy relationship.
I was born in the US, but I was raised in Mexico. I lived in Tijuana for 10 years when my parents decided to move us across the border to Chula Vista, California. As a first-generation Mexican-American, I experienced a duality of cultures. I was often judged for either being “not Mexican enough” OR “not American enough.” I also faced enormous pressure to be successful – to justify my parents’ having left their beloved country so my sibling and I could have a better life. This is one of many reasons I decided to follow this path: to help those who feel alone in their journey. That’s how I felt when acculturating to this country.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at San Diego State University (SDSU). I was going to go directly into the workforce and eventually go back for my master’s, but an awesome professor challenged me to apply right away so I wouldn’t lose momentum. So, that’s what I did. I ended up getting my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Southern California. It took some time and courage to finish all my licensing requirements, but it was worth it! I’ve been licensed as a clinical social worker in California since 2019. I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their sense of self. I work with adults, parents, and individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected in different areas of life. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop tools that support lasting growth and well-being.

You've probably become quite skilled at explaining away your own needs so that others can feel more comfortable. On the outside you look like you are doing fine, but inside loneliness, uncertainty, and self-doubt tell a different story. I specialize in clients who are tired of surviving in silence and are ready to start living. Together we will explore past and present experiences to deepen your self-understanding and nurture healing.
Hello, my name is Tanya Andino, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and thank you for taking this 1st step. Life can be stressful and feeling stuck or overwhelmed can be exhausting, but I am here to tell you, that you don’t have to do it alone. And having the type of life and relationships you want, is possible. With over 17 years of experience practicing in the field of mental health, I have seen the power of how minor shifts in our daily lives, can lead to growth, self-discovery, transformation, healing and ultimately, fulfillment.
With a background in social services and education, my journey into the field of mental health began with a firm belief in the intrinsic worth of each human being and the intention to effect change through compassion and integrity.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether in relationships, stress, anxiety, or life transitions.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help clients explore the patterns in their relationships, emotions, and thinking so they can gain clarity and make meaningful changes.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. I integrate interpersonal, attachment-focused, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves, improve communication, and develop tools that support lasting growth.
I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, recurring relationship patterns, anxiety, life transitions, and questions about identity or direction. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood while also gaining insight and strategies that help them move forward in their lives and relationships.
