I’m a licensed therapist who works with people who tend to think deeply, feel intensely, and want more than surface-level change. My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from a handful of therapeutic modalities that I find the most meaningful and supportive. This allows us to explore both the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and the practical ways those patterns show up in your day-to-day life. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping the work grounded and human. Above all, I aim to offer a space where you can feel understood, challenged in the right ways, and supported as you move toward a version of your life that feels more like your own.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first sessions will be focused on getting to know you, your goals, your background-- and to decide if we are a good fit to work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often carrying more than they let on. Many of my clients have insight into their patterns, but still feel stuck—whether in relationships, identity, or how they move through the world. My aim is for therapy to be a space to slow down, look more closely, and begin to shift those patterns in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
