Hi, I’m Charles Yin, I work with men and women who struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-sabotaging patterns. This prevents them from feeling connected to themselves and others and from reaching their full potential. I firmly believe everyone can live a meaningful and fulfilling life. After working with clients for over 16 years, I understand the difficulties of finding your path in life and use my expertise to help you overcome these challenges.
How do I help you? There are 3 key ingredients: I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you become friends with your difficult thoughts and feelings and make wise choices even when it's hard. I help you connect deeply with the real you and develop a sense of belonging with others. I help you get out of your mind and into your life and develop skills to unhook from difficult thoughts and feelings, stay present and do what matters.

Welcome, my name is Cynthia Fong! I work with children, youth, and adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your concerns and build the skills needed for a more fulfilling life.
I specialize in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, pregnancy and parenting challenges, grief, life transitions, and various forms of trauma including sexual, emotional, and physical abuse.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, internalized and/or externalized anger, or managing emotions in general in a healthy manner? Did you experience childhood trauma and feel like you grew up too fast? Were you labeled "different," "the "caretaker," "black sheep," or "troublemaker"? I teach people how to prioritize and honor all parts of themselves, not just the "desirable" ones. We will work through parts people generally dismiss and ignore such as anger, resentment, shame, and disgust, and learn how to embrace them gracefully. I'll teach you the skills to feel more at peace.
As your therapist, I will be challenging and direct, yet empathetic and compassionate. I will challenge you through introspective questioning that will lead you to your own answers. I help you take what you've learned and apply it to your own life by giving you things to think about and work on between sessions, along with resources and handouts to remember.
I hope you'll witness yourself feeling more empowered, confident, and more at peace with yourself as my other clients have. You will notice your relationships evolve and change, which can be scary! Rest assured, you will be provided with skills to gracefully go through them.
Everything you seek is already inside you. All I’m doing is helping you remember.
I was drawn to therapy after witnessing mental health's impact on my peers and family. I learned early how important it is to address social and emotional well-being throughout life transitions. I enjoy helping others become their best selves. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients make progress and start feeling better. We'll work together to define what you want to accomplish. This starts by building a trusting relationship, collaboratively setting goals, and tracking your progress along the way.
Synchronize your heart and mind; so you can harmonize your life. When we are being pulled in thousands of different directions by our minds, it's important for us to ground in ourselves. It's important for you to connect to your heart and see what it needs. That's when you can find the bliss and harmony that you've longed for in life. Your life is a story to be told, and I am excited to hear it.
In the course of my career, my heart has been touched by at least three thousand individuals who honored me with their stories of love, loss, trauma, and a deeper a need for understanding who he/she is. I love working with clients who are ready to be challenged and identify blind spots in their lives. Many of my clients are therapists themselves or work in the field of healing. We create an individualized therapeutic plan and strategy based on your comfort and pace. We move gradually but quickly to address what changes you want to implement in your life. Most sessions are active, rather than passive. Yet, the therapeutic space belongs to the client. You get to dictate and tell your story at your pace.
As a therapist, I am committed to helping you have healthier, more balanced, harmonious lives and relationships. My therapy approach includes traditional and holistic healing techniques that involve mind, body, heart and spirit as well as things unseen.
My years of experience in community mental health include individual, child, couples, co-parenting and family therapy. I am able to relate well to many different cultural, ethnic, socio-economic groups. With an M.A. in transpersonal psychology and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago plus 25 years of corporate experience, I use a broad range of skills to help my clients explore their needs and goals. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, many of my clients have learned mindfulness techniques that enhance their recovery.
All of us need confidential support for different things at times. My job is to compassionately support you in what you need, with your values, to have the life that you want.

Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment !

You are here for that sense of belonging & connection, especially when multiple global crises have left communities hopeless, and in a constant state of vigilance. While some anxiety/depression is a normal response to the hyper-violence we are facing as a collective (on screens or in reality), it can feel extremely overwhelming to experience this every day, on top of expectations from work, family, and other relationships. As a child of the Lao Isaan/Southeast Asian diaspora, my passion is working with fellow children of refugee/immigrant diasporas to feel seen + heard + validated through an anti-oppressive framework.
Hi, I am a licensed clinical social worker in northern California. Professionally, I've also worked both as direct care staff as well as in management and supervisor roles, and have also mentored undergraduate and graduate students.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and offering you support.
*** At this time I am unfortunately only able to meet with clients at the top of each hour. This is in order to maximize the number of clients I can meet with during each week. Thank you for your understanding. ***

NOTE: Unfortunately, my caseload is full for COUPLES THERAPY and I only conduct this in-person.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
Hello! I'm Jennifer. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, working with clients with everything from depression to anxiety to transitional issues. My specializations include women's issues including infertility, postpartum, parenting to menopause. As a mixed Asian provider, I am acutely attuned to issues of culture and intergenerational expectations. I also often see people who are in high stress, high achievement jobs that are on the verge of burnout.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2018 and have worked in the social work field since 2015. I began my therapy practice in 2022, specializing in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. While it may sound cliché, I am genuinely passionate about helping clients find relief in the moment while also making small, practical changes that support lasting improvement over time. My therapeutic style is warm, approachable, and grounded in a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe and supported.
I'm here to sit with you and to witness your lived-in experience. I believe that who you are is a culmination of having survived the pains of life and a result of how you learned to get love. I help you notice the deepest parts of yourself so that you can become your most authentic self. I will push you to lean into your humanity to integrate the unacknowledged parts of yourself. I aim to provide a balance of safety and challenge and in doing so, I hope to help you understand how much you gain by being more of who you are. I help you to see yourself more clearly so that you can develop self-compassion and self-love.
Although I am a therapist and have learned the many techniques of this field, my main stance is to relate to you as a fellow human being. As the famous psychologist Carl Rogers stated, “When a person realizes he has been deeply heard, his eyes moisten. I think in some real sense he is weeping for joy." I hope to give you this gift.

I have been in the helping professions since 2005 and as a licensed therapist for 16 years. I’ve worked with a variety of clients of different cultures throughout. Early in my training, there was a heavy emphasis on the Western approach to address symptomology, but now as my career and experience have grown, I blend Western approach with Eastern influence, emphasizing the link between the mind and the body, and how trauma lives within the body, not just in our minds.

Hello! Welcome to my page! I’m Yisook, a Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of counseling experience supporting diverse individuals and families. I hold deep respect for the uniqueness of every client and I approach each therapeutic relationship with authenticity, curiosity, and openness.
I believe strongly in human resilience and in each person’s inherent capacity for healing. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and together—through a strong therapeutic alliance—we can navigate difficulties and move toward a thriving, fulfilling life.
I’m a first-generation, Vietnamese, transgender, and queer therapist who brings both professional training and lived experience to the work. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
In my practice, I often draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process trauma and experiences in a way that feels restorative. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing by using bilateral stimulation—like eye or auditory movements —to reprocess memories and reduce their emotional intensity.
I also use Narrative Therapy, which invites clients to explore the stories they’ve been told or have come to believe about themselves. Together, we uncover how those stories were shaped—by culture, relationships, systems, or past experiences—and work toward reclaiming narratives that center resilience, agency, and authenticity.
I understand the importance of creating a space where clients feel seen, affirmed, and safe to show up as their full selves. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity exploration, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, I’m here support you in that process with care, collaboration, and accountability.
Are you looking for a mental health letter for gender-affirming surgery? I write those! Feel free to reach out for short-term therapy services to complete the letter assessment process with me.
My practice uses old fashioned, human-generated tools and information methodically accumulated over years of community and evidenced based research. I do not use AI programs at any point in the therapeutic process.
