Licensed to practice in California and accepts 33 insurances. Specializes in Family Conflict, Grief, Trauma and PTSD
Starting therapy takes courage, and having a space where you feel safe and understood can make that process less overwhelming. I take an integrative approach to therapy, with a particular focus on relationships and codependency, childhood trauma, attachment challenges, and experiences of loss and grief. I would be honored to hear your story and be a part of your journey.
The first session is focused on creating a safe, supportive space where we can get to know each other. We’ll explore your background, current concerns and goals for therapy. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about my approach and to make sure we’re a good fit for working together.
I bring empathy and a nonjudgmental presence to every session, helping clients feel seen and understood.
Often my clients are introspective, highly sensitive (HSP), are in the creative fields and searching for a deeper understanding of themselves.

I saw that she specialized in family trauma. She was a great listener and made me feel very comfortable and heard.
