Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will start with introductions and learn why you are seeking therapy. We'll work on narrowing in on your struggles to create a treatment plan. At this time, I focus on individual therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I like to create a safe space that our conversation gives an organic and natural vibe. You should be able to gain realistic tools to manage nuances that come up in life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with people who come from different backgrounds where you don't have to explain the cultural context. It can be related to family dynamics or making career decisions that don't align with your family or people who support you. I would like to help guide you in gaining coping skills and tools to help you manage the differences. At this time, I only provide individual therapy.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an evidenced based form of therapy that is commonly used technique to support anxiety. It helps you in managing your thought process and behaviors.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

We all come from different backgrounds and I come from understanding the differences and similarities a person may have that can affect your thought process and behavior. This approach supports non-judgement no matter where you come from.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused treatment helps identify strengths you may not have realized you had to find the solution. If you are seeking therapy to work on a clear problem, this technique gets you to the right direction.
