I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting and family issues, motivation, adjusting to new environments, self esteem, and confidence. It is my goal to create a safe space where you are able to vent and process your thoughts free of judgement. As a society, we don’t often receive that courtesy, so it is my mission to provide you with an environment that’s conducive to the honor, respect, and support needed to do so! I look forward to working with you and developing a therapeutic bond that allows you to flourish and progress towards those goals you’ve been striving for! You’ve done the hard part, now let’s partner together, so I can assist you the rest of the way. Please remember, the journey towards healing won’t always be easy, but this time, you won’t be facing it alone! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Treatment will center around what YOU want to work on and towards. Utilizing this approach and a combination of others (Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength Based, and Trauma Informed Care) we will foster trust and a therapeutic alliance to help set and reach your desired goals.
