I understand the unique pressures of leadership, decision-making, and balancing life’s demands, and I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their resilience and strength. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you hope to get out of therapy, and any questions you have. I’ll explain how I work, and together we’ll decide what feels right for you. Think of it as a conversation—no pressure, no judgment, just a chance to start building trust.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I combine evidence-based strategies with practical conversations. I also find that a little humor can be incredibly helpful. Mental health is serious, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for change, we’ll work together to find clarity and build tools that actually make a difference.

I work with adults facing challenges with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma.  I also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those who want to reduce or stop using alcohol or other drugs.  Additionally, having worked in senior management roles in business settings, I understand the unique pressures of leadership and work closely with professionals and executives navigating stress, burnout, and the weight of responsibility.

Eclectic

I utilize a variety of techniques and approaches depending on the individual needs of the person. I believe each person knows what is best for them. My role is to facilitate understanding of thinking patterns and belief systems that impact one's emotional wellbeing, and to assist in modifying these to improve levels of depression and anxiety.
