Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other life challenges. For those who desire it, I also provide faith-based counseling from a Christian perspective. I believe each person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet individual needs and goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been practicing counseling for over 7 years. I was able to gain invaluable professional knowledge and experience assisting in the facilitation and growth of an outpatient program at a psychiatric hospital to address various mental health needs. For my last year at the hospital, I worked primarily with active and retired military duty personnel. I have been in private practice for over 5 years and primarily work with individuals that are dealing with trauma, existential crises or are adjusting to interpersonal relational issues. I specialize in mood disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression and anger), processing trauma, and with improving relationships. I am a compassionate and caring counselor that focuses on a collaborative relationship with my clients to support and encourage healthy strategies to resolve life stressors. My goal is helping clients feel healthy and able to more fully enjoy life.
My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. If you are stuck or it feels like you are spinning out of control like a hamster on a wheel, let’s talk about “it”.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 19 years of experience helping people move through life’s toughest seasons—times of change, loss, or uncertainty when you’re ready for something to shift but not sure where to begin. My style is calm and approachable, and clients often tell me they feel comfortable and understood right away. Together we focus on more than talking: we identify what’s holding you back, uncover the strengths you already have, and build practical skills you can use immediately. Hi, I'm Amneris Rosario.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you…too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, a U.S. Army veteran, and the founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I have spent over 10 years supporting more than 2,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions that once felt impossible to navigate. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, addiction, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and some of the hardest moments of their lives... and here's what I know for sure: Healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve support that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, self-sabotage and recurrent patterns, complex PTSD and personality disorders, as well as life transitions.
I know life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning sessions, and after-hours appointments (6:00 AM–10:00 PM), along with self-pay options to give you a little more flexibility.
I’m Paige Achten, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) and Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS). I’m passionate about helping people heal from trauma, stress, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My approach is honest, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
In our work together, I integrate EMDR, ACT, CBT, and polyvagal-informed therapy to address both the mind and body’s response to stress and trauma. I also incorporate principles from mental health nutrition and mindfulness to support the connection between your emotional and physical well-being.
Therapy with me is active—we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and how to move forward in ways that align with your values and goals. I strive to help you understand yourself more deeply, build effective coping skills, and feel empowered to live with greater clarity and balance.

This is consulting, not traditional talk therapy. You don't need to quit your regular therapist to work with me; think of this as a specialized "technical" boost to the work you're already doing. While traditional therapy often focuses on processing feelings, I focus on your mechanics. I act as a technical advisor to help you find where things are breaking down and give you a direct way to fix them.
I use an eclectic mix of tools tailored to your specific situation. We skip the small talk and get straight to an honest look at how you function. This is high-speed work for people who want a clear manual for navigating trauma, neurodiversity, or big life changes with total clarity.
The Logistics
Consulting Model: A standalone service or a "boost" alongside your regular therapy.
Where I Work: Secure online sessions in IN, AZ, TX, NH, and IL.
AI Tools: I use AI to help run my practice accurately. Your consent is required.
ESA Letters: High-efficiency assessments ($250 fee). Prior treatment history is required.
If you are tired of talking in circles and want a direct route to understanding how you function, let’s get to work.
Navigating life's challenges can be daunting, especially when they stem from deep-rooted experiences like childhood trauma or complex PTSD. But you're not alone in this journey. As a therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express, process, and explore their emotions. Whether you're an active-duty military member, part of a neurodiverse couple, or an individual facing various struggles, my goal is to support you every step of the way. Together, we'll work towards cultivating hope, resilience, and inner strength, empowering you to lead a more fulfilling life.

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS! That is the key!! With 26 years of experience, much research, studying, and face to face experience living and working all over the world, I realized relationships with yourself and with others can make or break our contentment in life! But there are skills to learn to make it happen, skills such as self-awareness, ability to pay attention to the world around us and our own bodies (mindfulness), learning to grieve and let go while embracing change, learning the characteristics of a healthy relationship with others and with ourselves, and accessing our strengths while focusing on the beauty in life. I'd love to walk with you through this process to restore hope.
