Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then systematically assess the changes you desire. We will build a tailored plan that guides our process with designated sign posts to know we are heading in the best direction along the way. Sometimes we don't know how to feel or be with emotions so we 'stuff' them in ways that are now maladaptive . Sometimes having more tools & skills to better manage daily life are what’s required, and other times deeper self healing and ancestral informed work can allow for heavy burdens, patterns, or old beliefs to transform, alchemizing experiences into integrated gifts.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My offerings are informed with training in Depth & Transpersonal Psychology, Sensorimotor Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR Therapy. I have developed capacity for deep listening, understanding, and pursue ongoing training to assist you with identifying the root causes of your challenges and co-creating a personalized plan that leads to measurable self determined progress. I work collaboratively with clients to live with and grow from the effects of stress, illness, loss, & trauma. Through traversing personal losses/experiences and companioning thousands of clients through their own dark nights, I offer embodied guidance through life's more bumpy seasons.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a well-established form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to improve emotional regulation and achieve better mental health. CBT is highly structured and goal-oriented, and it has been proven effective for a wide range of psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, phobias, and eating disorders.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy, also known as grief counseling or bereavement counseling, is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals cope with the emotional, psychological, and sometimes physical challenges of grieving after a loss. The loss can be of a loved one, a relationship, a job, a pet, or even the loss of one's health or identity due to a major life change.

Jungian

Jungian is a form of psychotherapy based on the theories and concepts developed by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. It emphasizes the exploration and integration of the unconscious mind to achieve greater self-awareness and psychological growth.

Somatic

Somatic therapy is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the mind-body connection and focuses on how an individual's body experiences influence their mental and emotional well-being. This approach recognizes that the body holds and responds to emotional and psychological experiences, and that unresolved trauma or stress can manifest as physical symptoms or tension.

EMDR

In my therapy practice, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients safely and effectively process traumatic memories and distressing experiences. Through the use of bilateral stimulation—whether through eye movements, tapping, or auditory tones—I guide clients in accessing and reprocessing painful memories in a way that reduces emotional intensity and allows for adaptive healing. This approach is especially valuable for those navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs, supporting a journey from survival mode to empowered resilience.
