What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on. Understanding your concerns and goals. We'll start by discussing what brought you to therapy and any immediate challenges you're facing. I'll ask some questions to get to know you better, including your background, current experiences, and what you're hoping to achieve through the therapy. This session is about building a connection and establishing a sense of trust. You'll have the opportunity to share at your own pace- there's no pressure to disclose more than you feel comfortable with. Together, we'll explore what's most important to you and begin crafting a plan for our work together, including setting clear, attainable goals tailored to your needs. Above all, my aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel understood and empowered to take the first steps towards growth and healing.
