I have encountered many people with different challenges, all of which I have dedicated compassion and empathy toward helping. I have experience with helping those in crisis, with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, and more. As a military veteran, I am familiar with military culture which includes being culturally competent to a wide variety of beliefs and struggles. It is my passion to help others become their authentic selves with tools to navigate life always striving for balance.

It was good she helps me work thru problems that would frustrate me other wise. I have trouble opening up to people she makes it easier.
