I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida with 6 years of experience in the field. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from Austin Peay State University. I have encountered many people with different challenges, all of which I have dedicated compassion and empathy toward helping. I have experience with helping those in crisis, with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, and more. Do you feel stuck in a cycle of being disconnected or feeling too much? I help people with similar issues to create a balance in their mind, body, and spirit. I would like to applaud you for taking the first step in seeking help, it is not always the easiest thing to do. Rest assured I will try my best to make this process comfortable even if we do come across difficult emotions.
