Hi, I’m Devin. I’m happy that you’re here, and I want you to know that reaching out for support is a meaningful first step.

I work with individuals who are navigating several challenges in life such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship or friendship challenges, and low self-esteem. Together, we can identify practical tools and coping skills that support your emotional wellbeing while also making space to understand the deeper experiences that may be contributing to what you are feeling.
Most importantly, I believe you should have a voice in your healing process. You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and more in control of your life. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin taking steps toward healing, redemption, and a stronger sense of self.

I work effectively with children, teenagers, and adults, helping them navigate life’s complex challenges. My primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your feelings, uncover your innate strengths, and confidently map out your own path forward.

In my role as a mental health therapist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their journeys towards healing, growth, and empowerment. My specialized focus on treating anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma stems from a genuine passion for supporting individuals as they overcome the challenges that often accompany these experiences.
I recognize that anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma are complex and multifaceted, impacting every facet of a person's life. Through my extensive training and experience, I have developed a compassionate and client-centered approach that tailors interventions to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. I firmly believe in fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and memories at their own pace.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.

I have been passionate about mental health from a young age! I started working toward my career at Texas A&M University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. I went on to pursue my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and graduated in 2015. I have experience working with all ages as a grief counselor, career counselor, children's counselor, school counselor, and a general counselor for individuals and couples. Additionally, I have a background in education as a former teacher and school counselor.
At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children. Neuro-typical parent-child relationships, family relations, and parenting issues for all children and teens are also our focus. We help - you help your child - with ideas and techniques to put into action. Ideas that can greatly reduce the stress and storm of being a parent in the trenches. Peace in the home is possible!

There comes a time in our human experience where life seems to come at us fast and cause imbalance. Often times, we struggle to re-gain that balance. We begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and frustrated. It may become difficult to express ourselves, maintain friendships, spend quality time with loved ones or do something as simple as getting a good night’s rest. It is during those times that we must summon the courage to seek professional help to navigate through those feelings in hopes of finding our balance.
I believe positive, healthy relationships have the power to heal. Through a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, I will create a space for you to learn, heal, and grow into becoming your highest self and finding your balance.

My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.

My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.
I am licensed in Texas and Wisconsin with over 10 years of social work, case management, and professional clinical practice and combined experience of 18 years in civil and social services. In addition, I am experienced in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I assist my clients by creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & collaboratively work with you on increasing your quality of life.
My ardent desire to educate those who are under-served and prone to traumatic encroachments on their basic human rights of self-advocacy, self-determination, accountability, restoration of power, and self-worth, is what drives me professionally.
My group work, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching experience qualifies me to clinically engage, assess, and collaborate with individuals and interdisciplinary teams on goal development, treatment planning, implementation of interventions, and evaluations.
I hold sessions in the afternoons and night between 2:30 pm and 2:00 am Central Standard Time. The calendar here does not show sessions after 10 pm. If you would like to meet after 10 pm, please sign up for a session here, using any day/time and then message me though the interface with your needs/wants to schedule at a different time.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't realizing something needs to change—it's taking that first step. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
Helping others has always been deeply important to me, and my experiences working with individuals facing emotional, physical, and life challenges inspired me to pursue counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic pain or illness, caregivers experiencing burnout, and those navigating stress, emotional difficulties, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer education and experience with helping everyday people understand the relationship between their mental, emotional, and physical state, and how these aspects affect their day-to-day lives. People should feel empowered to manage stress, negative thoughts, and adverse experiences. However, many factors hold them back. Through my intervention, I’ve helped to increase emotional awareness and motivation, providing clients with the sense of peace that we all ultimately deserve.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy to teens, adults, and couples. I collaborate with patients to find solutions to the challenges that disrupt their lives. Overcoming a crisis in your relationship, working your way through loss as you grieve a loved one or life change, managing feelings or moods that overwhelm you and keep you from healthy functioning......these are just a few of the reasons that people begin therapy. Whatever might be challenging you and keeping you from living your best life, we can find solutions together, in therapy. Let's get started!
