I have always had the conscious goal of supporting others with being able to overcome their hardships and internal challenges that prevents them from being successful. I am a firm believer that in life we have all experienced some type of challenge that will impact our thoughts and emotions. For some people the challenge is more difficult than others and they will experience greater hardship and internal challenges that will send them on a spiral to the unknown. Being a therapist has always been a desire of mine to support others with understanding their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors associated with how they feel.
I’m Lakeya Mitchell, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through life transitions, trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I am a therapist who enjoys building a relationship with my clients by finding how to best understand each other. We may not share a background, but practicing curiosity from a position of genuine interest helps me better understand the people around me and form rapid connections. I believe knowledge and language have power so that the way we think and the information we use to think help us view what we think as changeable and adjust it to be more helpful.

My name is Patricia Hernandez, M.Ed., LPC, CSTIP, MBIP. I am fully licensed as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) with 3 years of experience helping adults, teens, elderly, children, and families in crisis anywhere in the state of Texas (Ah … the wonderful power of teletherapy!).
Most of my life has been spent in Texas, which includes my master’s level counselor training from Sul Ross State University in Uvalde, Texas.
I embarked on this journey to provide services to working people of all genders who’ve had trouble fitting in attention to their mental health because of their busy schedules.
Virtual therapy allows me to do just that! It offers consistency because it fits the comfort of your home, car, or local park. So, snow, wind, or rain won’t stop us now!
All sessions are virtual and I highly recommend you bring along your fur baby, blanket, and favorite beverage to the session.
Hello, my name is Ashley Warren, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my degree from Louisiana State University and have gained extensive experience working with adolescents and adults over several years. My primary focus is on providing support to individuals as they navigate through challenging life phases, grapple with identity issues, address low self-esteem, and cope with trauma. Additionally, I specialize in helping individuals struggling with family conflicts, providing a safe, supportive environment to explore and address their concerns. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques to ensure that my clients receive the highest quality of care.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I believe therapy should feel steady and purposeful — a place where you can speak honestly about what’s heavy while also making meaningful progress.
My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore both where those patterns began and how they’re affecting your relationships, work, and sense of self today.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to address the root of distress while also building practical skills for emotional regulation and clearer decision-making. I value depth, but I also value structure — therapy should not feel aimless.
I tend to work well with people who hold a lot together for others yet quietly carry internal stress, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. I believe you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. When someone is ready to look beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms but understand and shift what’s underneath, that’s where meaningful change begins.

I'm the right therapist for you.

I specialize in working with women who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside — women navigating menopause, identity shifts, heartbreak, dating, and the complicated feeling of standing at a crossroads wondering who they are becoming.
I'm warm and direct. I'll hold space when you need to be heard and gently challenge you when you're ready to grow. Clients tell me they feel safe being real with me from the very first conversation — and that they leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more like themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body practices rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — because healing lives in the body too, not just the mind.

Hi, I’m Christina Zsigray, LCSW. I help adults who feel stuck in survival mode begin healing from trauma, chronic stress, grief, and painful life experiences. I’m especially passionate about working with single mothers, veterans, first responders, professionals, and others with high-trauma backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care, including EMDR, with optional Christian faith integration for those who want it.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, TX. I am also a retired first responder. I help clients figure out what is keeping them stuck, frustrated or unhappy in their lives. I always try to meet the client where they are and help them get where they want to be.

My name is Elvira Aleman Vaughan. I am a counselor whose focus is helping people who have experienced ongoing trauma. I am a Christian, so I approach healing from this worldview. If you prefer talk therapy I'll use CBT to help you get to the root of the issue. But if you are open to trying a proven technique that is less conventional and yields quicker results, I will use EMDR to help you heal and move forward.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to assist you taking that step. I love to see my clients grow into who they want to be and take joy in seeing them overcome obstacles life throw at them. I am able to tailor my therapeutic techniques to individual needs of clients. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Perinatal mental health, and more.

Are you tired of the one-size-fits- all approach to therapy and seeking a therapist who will address your unique individual needs? If so, then I may be the exact therapist for you.
Hello, I am Kendra Aristide, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I have over twenty years of combined work experience in the judicial mental counseling setting and education public school setting as a former elementary classroom teacher and school counselor. Additionally, I worked in group homes and hospices as a licensed social worker.
I focus on collaboration, and empathy, and provide a non-judgmental attitude. Together we will explore your thoughts, emotions and obstacles and adapt the therapeutic tools for addressing and processing your specific needs. Whether you are experiencing Anxiety, Grief, Coping Skills, School Issues, Self-Esteem, Anger Management, Depression, Trauma and PTSD. Together we will develop empowering strategies and insight that foster resilience and create a more fulfilling life.
Hi, I’m Tiana, a LCSW passionate about helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. My practice is built for individuals who are ready to move past simply "surviving" day-to-day and instead intentionally step into a life that truly aligns with who they want to be.
My clinical philosophy centers on a vital pivot: I prioritize protecting your long-term energy and sustainable well-being over just maintaining a comfortable, temporary peace. I specialize in navigating complex life transitions, deep identity development, and processing the disconnect that happens when the professional or public personas we create to survive begin to overshadow who we actually are. In our work together, you will find an open-minded, grounded, and deeply collaborative space where you are safely challenged to step out of old roles and fully embody your true self.
Lying awake at 3 AM while your mind replays everything that went wrong. Dragging through another day with pain nobody else can see. Worrying so much your chest is tight before your feet hit the floor. Feeling nothing where you used to feel something.
You've tried pushing through it. Ignoring it. Waiting for it to pass. It isn't working.
I'm Bryan Barry, a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience. I help adults with insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression — problems that feed each other and rarely resolve on their own.
Insomnia and pain don't respond to general talk therapy. They respond to specific methods, and those are the methods I use. Most people notice a real difference within the first few weeks.
If you're ready to stop managing and start changing, let's talk. Evening and weekend telehealth in Missouri and South Carolina.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the complex emotions that come with everyday life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe everyone deserves dignity and respect. I have several years of experience helping teens, adults, and families navigate a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief. Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who's been servicing the mental health needs of individuals and groups for over 15 years. I graduated with my undergraduates in Psychology and Spanish, followed by my Master's of Science in Social Work, and ended with my Doctorate of Clinical Leadership in Social Work. I help people deal with day to day life challenges brought on by mental health concerns in our lives, sometimes due to trauma or significant events in our lives. My experience initiated working with multi-ethnic children in foster group homes, adults in the Dallas area, women, and more recently with active duty military personnel. I help my clients process and heal from trauma using various methods to meet each person where they are at. Providing therapy is a privilege for me. I'd love to see if I may be of service to you and your needs right where you are currently in you own life journey. Please schedule a session if you're interested in working together. I look forward to meeting you. Sometimes the best is yet to come.
You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change, loss, self discovery, or emotional distress when the strategies that once worked no longer seem enough. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, processing difficult experiences, navigating relationship challenges, rebuilding your confidence, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and heal. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and sense of purpose.

Miljana (Mina) Bajic, LCSW
My main professional interest and passion is insight-based psychology and existential psychodynamic therapy. I studied and practiced clinical psychology in Belgrade, Serbia for 15 years where I also received intensive training in psychodynamic therapy and worked with individuals, families, and groups. Since moving to Houston 12 years ago, I completed my graduate degree at the University of Houston, where I practiced therapy mostly with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, and grief. I taught courses to graduate students at the University of Houston on Spirituality and Aging, Group therapy, Grief/Bereavement therapy and Research Methodology.
My deep dedication to the understanding and acceptance of the most diverse human existential experiences and challenges has led me to explore a wide array of aspects and sources of knowledge both scientific (evidence-based), but also those stemming from the creative processes of making music, literature, film, and art. My basic belief is that ultimate healing and balance comes from the inward, often unpleasant, but deeply rewarding journey into ourselves that incorporates our habits and thoughts, but also our physical existence, emotional dynamic and spiritual needs and values. My goal as a therapist is to be a reliable, trusted companion in this journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I work with adults, teens, and women who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are ready for deeper healing. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, using EMDR and other evidence-based tools to help you process past experiences and build a stronger, more confident version of yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
This is your world, I'm just the therapist to help you navigate through it. Hi, I'm Brandon! Thank you for checking out my bio. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to YOUR individual needs and wants. I'm always eager to work with new individuals and have over 11 years of experience. Some of that experience includes working with individuals who have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, bullying, PTSD, bipolar disorder, marital concerns, childhood trauma, adult trauma, suicidal ideations, grief, stress, family conflict and relationship conflict. I like to utilize many approaches in my therapeutic sessions. Therapeutic practices include Solutions Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Adventured based therapy. I do not believe that one style works for everyone and I work to the strengths and goals of the people I serve.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, experiencing relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help you navigate those feelings/symptoms. Seeking therapy can feel scary and overwhelming but I'm here to help with that process. You deserve a safe space to heal, grow and process your experiences at YOUR pace. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can manage and alleviate concerns that may be holding you back. Let's find some healthy and effective strategies to help you. I look forward to working with you!
