About me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and understood. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens, helping you build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, healing from past experiences, or working to deepen your relationships, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools. If this approach resonates with you, you can easily book a session through my profile and take the next step toward healing and empowerment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. Together, we’ll explore your story at a pace that feels safe, while I also explain how I work and what you can expect from our sessions. By the end, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a plan for moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets me apart is my ability to blend evidence-based methods with a deeply relational, trauma-informed approach. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to meet each client’s unique needs. With years of experience as both a therapist and a clinical supervisor, I bring not only expertise but also a strong commitment to cultural responsiveness and client empowerment. My clients often tell me they appreciate my balance of warmth and challenge—I create a safe space while also encouraging growth and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to explore their inner world with honesty and curiosity. My clients often share a desire to heal from past experiences, improve their relationships, and live more fully in alignment with their values. Many are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or relational challenges, and they want a therapist who balances compassion with practical tools. My ideal clients are open to reflection, willing to try new strategies, and committed to creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My treatment methods

Couples Counseling

Couples Therapy: I provide a supportive space for partners to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict with compassion. My approach emphasizes collaboration, emotional attunement, and practical tools that help couples reconnect and grow together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I work with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, then replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives and coping strategies. This structured, goal-oriented approach helps clients build practical skills for managing stress, improving mood, and creating positive change in daily life.

Trauma Informed Care

I honor the impact of past experiences by creating a safe, empowering environment where clients feel seen and respected. With sensitivity to the effects of trauma, I guide clients in reclaiming their sense of safety, agency, and wholeness at a pace that feels right for them.
