Hi, I’m Tamima, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Therapy is a journey of understanding yourself, recognizing patterns, and learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, build confidence, and develop tools that support your emotional well-being. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, past trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood and learning to approach yourself with compassion. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, and psychosomatic symptoms. My work focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their emotional experiences and physical symptoms, particularly when distress shows up in the body as pain, tension, fatigue without clear medical explanations. I take an integrative approach to therapy, combing several modalities to support clients in identifying patterns of overthinking, emotional reactivity, and relational dynamics that may be rooted in earlier experiences. I support clients in helping them build practical skills for regulation and coping. A central part of my work involves nervous system regulation and helping clients feel safer and more connected within their bodies. I believe that meaningful change happens within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s pace. I aim to create a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment, develop greater self-awareness, and build a stronger sense of autonomy and self-trust.

Hello Friend and welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my a thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards to which I uphold in every session with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of that box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it using a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life experiences a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', which feels like anxiousness, fatigue, and perhaps sadness; as if our unique threshold has been completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though if comes with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold of your wellbeing and you stay stuck there, feeling uncomfortable, which interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and you are left in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
Respectfully, Monica Pina

Hello, I'm Priscilla Marie Silva, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address challenges, explore emotions, and develop practical strategies for better mental health. My goal is to help you navigate life’s ups and downs, understand yourself more deeply, and build resilience for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. I received my Master's Degree from Liberty University in 2011. I have been practicing for twelve years. I strive to create a safe and loving environment free from any judgment to help bring healing. I believe in looking at the whole person recognizing that each individual and family is unique. I work to be creative in my interventions and empower clients to find their voice.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Air Force veteran who works with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping clients better understand what’s keeping them stuck while building realistic coping strategies they can apply in everyday life.
I work well with clients who are used to handling things on their own but have reached a point where they want support, better balance, healthier relationships, or improved emotional well-being. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and making meaningful progress without feeling judged or talked down to.
From day one, I create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to be themselves. I combine deep empathy with clinical insight, allowing me to connect with clients on a human level while still providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. I listen carefully—not just to what is said, but to what’s underneath—and I help clients put words to experiences they may have carried alone for a long time.
