Hello, my name is Tiffany Simon. I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor, School Counselor, and Group Fitness Instructor, and I truly believe that wellness is about caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. In our society, there is a strong stigma against mental health services, but I try and break that stigma daily. I would love to begin working with you on your journey to wellness.

Shows up . She seems real and authentic not fake or overly clinical like some therapists can be. It feels like she actually listens and isn’t just going through the motions.
