New clients continue care with this provider

My passion is helping clients find the strength within themselves to create lasting change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have spent majority of my time working in intensive settings like inpatient psychiatric units and emergency departments, providing compassionate care during moments of crisis. I am committed to walking alongside my clients, offering them the resources and support they need to build a life they truly value.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll start with an intake process to get to know each other better and to see if we are a good fit. We will discuss your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This helps us gather the necessary information to begin creating a treatment plan together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in helping people become more aware of their feelings and the root causes of their struggles. By using a personalized approach with a variety of proven techniques, I meet the client where they are at and help them achieve meaningful progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the mental health challenges—like anxiety, stress, and depression—that arise when life becomes difficult and unpredictable.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a type of structured therapy that gives people the skills necessary to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that are responsible for maintaining a state of anxiety. I have experience working with individuals with different diagnoses in an inpatient psychiatric setting and in the emergency department who have mental health-related emergencies. Techniques that I find beneficial have been role playing, mindfulness, and unraveling cognitive distortions by identifying and challenging harmful automatic thoughts.
