Shamice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Shamice’s number one priority is to create a safe place where clients feel comfortable sharing their life experiences and working towards the healing process. Shamice’s passion to begin her profession in therapy arose when she was working with families who recently had their children removed from their homes. At that time, she realized the adverse impact that it had on the children and families’ mental health and decided to make the decision to get on the other side of the problem. Shamice is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure response and prevention therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She is also trained in habit reversal therapy for body-focused repetitive behaviors. Shamice works with a diverse population, ranging from pre-teens to adults. She specializes in OCD, Anxiety and Mood Disorders and diminished sense of well-being or life purpose. She works with children, teens, and adults.

I am a seasoned counselor familiar with adolescents, issues of personal development, empowerment, issues about personal power, overcoming fear, and identifying values. I value honesty, courage, self-actualization and altruism. I have worked almost exclusively with males. I see the world from a male perspective because that's the point of view I have experienced life through. I have spent years in the gym. I am a musician, and I play out somewhere every week. There are a few high-stakes, difficult life situations I want to address here: If you are afraid of your child setting a fire, trying to get a gun, or stealing from you in plain sight, reach out. If your child is being bullied, I might be able to help him to acquire the skills necessary to hold his own in life. Finally, if you or a family member is being stalked or threatened by someone, I may be able to professionally assess the danger.

Hi, I’m Jonathan Cangiano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anger, and challenges with emotional regulation. I also have experience working with first responders, law enforcement, and individuals navigating high-stress careers and difficult life experiences. My approach is person-centered, practical, and collaborative. I draw from approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, and strengths-based therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe therapy should connect to who you are and what matters most to you—not simply focus on symptoms. Whether you're dealing with something that happened recently or carrying something you've been struggling with for years, we can work together to understand what's happening, identify what you want to change, and develop a path forward. Hello, I am glad you took the time to read my biography. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a heart for people who are looking for empowerment and growth. I personally know what this feels like and how difficult it can be. I was blessed to have people in my life to help me during my "trying times." Honestly, I still do. I am Bi-lingual, (Spanish) and have been practicing for 13 years. I have worked with teenagers, adults, and couples. I do not work with children due to my lack of training. My experience entails working with addictions and various disorders. I believe in both therapy and medication and am cultural competent to utilize as resources. My heart is working with trauma and am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that my job is to have my clients get to the point where they are no longer needing my services. That's right, to get myself fired! I believe that we were created in the image of the Creator which means the ability to love and be loved and to have the freedom to make wise decisions which help navigate us through this journey we are on. My background covers a wide range of experience working with individuals and groups of all ages, diverse backgrounds and circumstances, and in various professional settings and roles. The professional settings I have experience in range from non-profits, child/family services, crisis intervention, child/youth shelters, psychiatric hospitals, schools, and private counseling. I have worked in many roles as well, including case management, social worker, counselor, teacher, supervisor, director and administrator. The most important thing to know about me is my belief that in all of my experience, the people involved who need help and support are much more capable of handling the issues in their life than they may feel like they are at the time they come to my office. I have worked with children, families, adolescents, and adults and this has always been true. Whatever circumstance or issue causes someone to seek help, my role is to assist that person in finding ways they can handle it and with better results for them and their life. I frequently remind clients that there is one thing that every low point in their life has in common: the low points change, they pass, and things are not always like that. Our job is to move that change in a direction that benefits you and will support you in a brighter future.

I am a licensed therapist specializing in supporting trauma survivors, and individual’s experiencing low self esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. My experience working with Veterans, children, families and diverse populations has shaped my compassionate and client- centered approach. I am passionate about helping you heal from past experiences, build confidence, strengthen resilience and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. First Session In our first session, my focus is on getting to knowing you- what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping to gain from our work together, and what may have felt difficult or painful lately. I’ll ask gentle questions to better understand your experiences, your history, your strengths and the goal you have for therapy- where you want your life to be, a month, six months, a year from now. Then we’ll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You will leave the session with a better understanding of what you are facing and I can help you begin making sense of your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and identifying the next steps toward healing. There is no pressure to share anything you are not ready to discuss. We will begin building a foundation of trust and understanding and develop a collaborative plan for our work together. Most importantly we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I would like to describe myself as a guy who likes to collaborate with clients to reach their goals and help guide them to overcome barriers that are stopping them to achieve them. I specialize on being a great listener and collaborator with my clients to help them find the best solution to their problems. My strength is my ability to provide great empathy and listening to the problems of my clients. I understand how difficult life can be with overcoming all the many challenges that we must deal with in this ever changing world. I'm an ex-Marine and Christian that love to inspire through hard work and discipline what we can accomplish, if we just trust the process and not give up. "Trust in God and lean not into our own understanding." I'm licensed in Georgia and Texas and my ideal clients are from the age of 12 to middle adulthood. I've worked with adolescents and adults throughout my career. I specialize in working with individuals with challenges with life transitions, anger and depression, and grief.

My name is David Mancuso, and at the heart of my work is a belief that every person carries an untold story—one shaped by survival, family dynamics, unspoken pain, and the longing to feel whole. I help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to silence in order to function. My approach blends depth-oriented psychotherapy with a direct, grounded style that invites honesty, clarity, and personal evolution. I draw from years of clinical practice, trauma-informed training, attachment theory, and my own lived experiences navigating complex family systems. Because of that background, I understand what it means to rebuild a self from the inside out. Clients often come to me during moments of transition, emotional exhaustion, identity confusion, or relational upheaval. They stay because our work helps them find their center again. While I bring a calm and steady presence, I also show up with real engagement. I don’t sit back passively—I’m interactive, reflective, and attuned to the subtle patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Therapy with me is an active process of reconnecting with your original self, strengthening your internal structure, and learning to move through the world with more confidence, emotional clarity, and integrity. Above all, I care deeply about the people I work with. My intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways—so you can step into a more grounded, connected, and empowered version of yourself.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or past experiences that still affect you today, you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with BIPOC adults ages 18 to 65 who are navigating trauma, self-doubt, and the pressure to always be strong for others. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported. My work is grounded in cultural awareness, compassion, and honesty. I use approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, but I focus less on labels and more on what actually helps you feel better in your daily life. Together, we look at patterns that feel stuck and gently challenge the beliefs or experiences that may be holding you back. I take a collaborative and active approach to therapy. That means we work as a team. I will support you at a pace that feels safe, while also encouraging insight, practical tools, and meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions.
