About me

I’m a licensed therapist with over five years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I enjoy helping people work through life’s challenges, manage stress, and build healthy coping skills. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work toward growth at your own pace.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your concerns, background, strengths, and goals. You do not have to share everything at once, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable. By the end, you should have a clearer sense of what therapy may look like and the next steps we can take together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am calm, caring, patient, and easy to talk to. I want clients to feel comfortable being honest without worrying about being judged. I also like to give clients practical coping skills and support they can use outside of therapy, especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or major life changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, down, or affected by difficult life experiences. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are facing a major change or simply want a space to better understand yourself and feel more like yourself again, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our sessions, we will look at the thoughts and patterns that may be making life feel harder. Together, we will work on practical goals, healthier ways to cope, and strategies you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more in control, confident, and resilient as you navigate life’s challenges.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In our sessions, we will work on managing difficult emotions, coping during stressful moments, and communicating your needs in healthier ways. Together, we will build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, handle challenges with greater confidence, and strengthen your relationships.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This approach focuses on where you want to go rather than only on what has gone wrong. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore what is already helping, and set small, realistic steps toward the changes you want to see. The goal is to help you feel more hopeful, capable, and confident in moving forward.

Trauma Informed Care

I understand that difficult experiences can continue to affect how a person feels, thinks, and responds long after they are over. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can move at your own pace without pressure to share more than you are ready for. Together, we will focus on building trust, coping skills, and a greater sense of safety, strength, and control in your life.
