I built my practice on a simple belief: people deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood. My work in clinical psychology is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or simply trying to make sense of a difficult season in life, I aim to create an environment where they can breathe, settle, and begin the work of growth.
Clients often describe me as steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. I value clear communication, gentle guidance, and a collaborative approach that honors each person’s strengths. My practice is designed to feel welcoming from the very first interaction — from the intake process to ongoing sessions — because I know how vulnerable it can be to reach out for help.
I’m drawn to evidencebased care that still leaves room for humanity. I enjoy learning new therapeutic tools, refining clinical systems, and creating a practice that feels both professional and deeply personal. My goal is always the same: to help people feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to heal, and empowered enough to move forward.
Outside of session, I stay curious about the human experience — reading, learning, and exploring ideas in psychology, wellness, and personal growth. At the heart of my work is a genuine belief in people: their resilience, their capacity to change, and the meaningful transformations that happen when they feel truly supported.
I have been practicing for over three years, in addition to two years of practicum experience, and I hold a Master’s in Social Work. I am also nearing completion of my Doctorate in Social Work.
As my ideal client, you are someone who recognizes the challenges you are facing and is motivated to seek support, guidance, and resources to work through them.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California, Texas, and Florida. I graduated from University of Southern California and have been working in mental health for the past 11 years. I enjoy working with people in all phases of their lives to maximize their well-being and potential in their personal and professional lives.
I have specialized training in military culture and concerns and am well-versed in the systems, challenges, and rewards experienced by our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable from the very first session. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 14 years of experience helping adults and adolescents navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Rather than simply listening or giving advice, I work alongside clients to better understand what's keeping them stuck while developing practical strategies that fit their lives. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with compassion, humor when appropriate, and a focus on long-term growth.
Hi. I'm Steve.
Do you ever wonder why, no matter how many different things you've tried, you fall back into old behaviors that hurt you and/or those you love? Do you wonder why your emotions take over and leave you feeling incapable or overwhelmed? Do your emotions get in the way of effectively communicating when it matters the most?
We all face questions like this, and the most fulfilling part of my work is helping people like you find answers to those questions. I don’t have any “one-size-fits-all” solutions, but together we will work to identify what drives your responses and what you can do to make lasting changes. We will work to help you anticipate and prevent issues before they appear, to feel emotional intensity rising and calm it down, and to exit stressful situations before doing or saying something you’ll regret. I don’t believe that our worst moments define us. I DO believe that each of us is capable of overcoming past struggles and finding a new path. I look forward to working with you as you try to find yours.
Welcome! My name is Kim, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience and I believe therapy is a place where you can feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, which means I draw from different techniques and perspectives to best fit your unique needs and goals. I bring a warm, down-to-earth style to our work together, meeting you where you are and helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and hope. My goal is to create a safe and caring space where you feel comfortable to be yourself and move towards the changes you want in your life.
It is always a privilege to partner with clients on their journey to improved mental health. I work with clients to discover their value and process through past hurts and traumas. I provide a safe place to process current and past issues and also provide psychoeducation so clients can learn new, healthy coping skills. I refer to myself as a tour guide on the road to healing.
I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and grief. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you will feel truly heard and supported, while also gently challenging you toward growth, healing, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. You're in charge and I am here to guide and support you on this journey.

Most people who reach out to me are tired. Tired of holding it together, tired of explaining themselves, tired of feeling like the version of them that shows up to work or family dinner isn't the real one. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I'm a licensed professional counselor working with adults across Texas and Colorado on anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship strain, life transitions, and the old stuff that keeps resurfacing at inconvenient moments. You don't need to have it organized before you get here, and you don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to deserve support. We'll figure out together what's actually going on and where to start. Expect warmth, honesty, and a real conversation rather than someone nodding at you from across the screen.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I enjoy helping clients to see progress and make positive change. I strive to empower others to succeed in life and be the best they can be. I love working with a variety of ages and backgrounds to help you to reach your full potential in life and heal from any past issues.
Hello, I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice sine 1999. I work with a general adult population, with my main focus being on PTSD, depression and anxiety. During the early stages of my career, I performed extensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. This helped me to understand the general workings of the brain and how important it is to utilize this knowledge in my therapy. I have found that helping my clients understand that mental illness is not "just in my head" or something I need to "get over' has been so very beneficial in people healing and taking control of their lives. I hope to have the opportunity to help you heal and make positive changes in your life.

I strive to create a supportive, honest, and authentic therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Together, we’ll work toward building the life you deserve.
Greetings! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Tx. As a passionate counselor, I believe the beauty of life is that it gives an opportunity to review, reflect and reform our own stories so we can keep pushing through our adversities. No matter what age, race, creed or status, healing comes from the support of someone being able to help you take the very first step to recovery. My areas of competence include individual and group counseling with a special interest in youth and early adulthood. My education as a counselor began at SHSU in August 2013

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.

You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change, loss, self discovery, or emotional distress when the strategies that once worked no longer seem enough. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, processing difficult experiences, navigating relationship challenges, rebuilding your confidence, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and heal. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and sense of purpose.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. My professional background includes private practice, school-based mental health services, residential treatment, chemical dependency counseling, hospice, and home health. These experiences have strengthened my ability to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, family stress, major life transitions, and other complex challenges.
For the past six years, I have worked in public school settings, primarily supporting students receiving special education services. In this role, I helped children, families, and school teams better understand the “why” behind behavior, develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create practical supports that can be used at school, at home, and in the community.
I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, selective mutism, trauma-related concerns, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, and behavioral challenges. I also understand the stress that parents and caregivers may experience while trying to support a child with emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I work to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we identify patterns, build useful coping and communication skills, and develop realistic strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

Sometimes those experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I believe it's okay to accept where you are today while also recognizing that growth and change are possible. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about working together to better understand your experiences and develop the tools to help you move toward the life you want.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout the process. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Hi, I'm Esther.

To me, counseling sessions are like writing a story. It is a process that involves brainstorming, creating drafts, and making revisions until your story feels whole and complete. Imagine you are the writer. You have all the pieces of your story within you already. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as those pieces. Sometimes, they don’t make any sense, it’s overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. I view my role as someone who is with you to guide you through the process and help organize those very thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with you. During our time together, it is my hope that you develop the skills to ultimately write your story on your own.
Your story may include experiencing cycles of depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, struggles of worthiness and belonging, the complexities of being a part of an immigrant family, generational trauma, a combination of these things, or perhaps something entirely different. Everyone's mental health journey is different. I’m here to meet you where you are.
I also want to acknowledge how scary it can be when taking a leap of faith into a new therapeutic journey. It takes a lot of courage. More than anything, it’s important to me that you feel safe and the stories you share are handled with utmost care.
