Hi, I'm Natalie. I'm an Oregon and Ohio licensed clinical social worker who trained at the University of Pittsburgh. I am less interested in labels or "shoulds" and more interested in helping you understand what's actually going on in your life... and what might help you move forward with more steadiness and self-trust. We could fancy that up by saying I operate from a compassion-focused, client-centered perspective with a strong harm reduction lens -- but I kind of like my phrasing better!
I work with people who want support around substance use; trauma, including complex or developmental trauma; relationship patterns; family-of-origin dynamics; and personal growth during times of transition. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practices (even if our conversations feel more human than clinical!).
I've worked with folks from all walks of life, in a wide array of environments - typical outpatient offices, online, and even outdoors with unhoused communities. I also have a decade of specialized training and experience working with Veterans. So whether you've worn a uniform or not, walked into a therapy office or have never spoken to a therapist before, are a pro at tele-therapy or just trying it out for the first time, I'm probably a pretty good fit for you!

That is when I began my journey into social work and found my true calling in life.
I have experience working with children and adolescents who have been through, or are currently in, the child welfare system as well as working with older teens with substance abuse/misuse issues.

Welcome! I'm Brittany Byers, LISW-S. I received by Masters in Social Work from Walden University and have been practicing since 2015. I've worked in community mental health and addiction services, but for the last 3 years, I've been doing telehealth therapy helping clients manage their mental health and addiction issues.
Enough about me. Let's take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, trauma, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
I tend to thrive in crisis. Ideal with the toughest cases of trauma, shootings, cults abductions, and domestic violence. I have been able to help so many veterans as well over the past 12+ years in my positions with US Service Animals, Simple, Practice, Grow Therapy and other telehealth platforms. I was an early adopter of telehealth and I have seen it. Make such a difference for so many people because of the comfort that is brought by being able to open up in an environment you know is safe, your own home/space. I take a solutions focused and a client centered approach. I am also insight oriented. I have a lot of insight when it comes to dealing with physical pain and disabilities as I have a visual disability since very young and suffered a TBI at age 24. I like to focus on what issues you are having and come up with coping mechanisms that will work for you. Dealing with the struggles I have had throughout my life has helped me work with people and develop creative and effective coping mechanisms for their specific issues. I have now lived and worked in several states with varying cultures and have benefited from all of these experiences. I have spent a lot of time in a hospital and work well with nurses and medical professionals as well. Please reach out if you think I can help and I will meet you where you are and see where we can go from here.
Hi, I'm Jay. I'm a cognitive-behavioral therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I excel at helping people with mood-, relationship-, and trauma-related issues. I have advanced training from the Feeling Good Institute and continue to train in CBT and other approaches.
I provide data-driven care. We'll track your mood before and after each session. We'll also track your satisfaction with our therapy sessions so we can make adjustments to make it as optimal as possible. This is also the primary way that I improve as a therapist - with your immediate feedback.
We'll use Google Drive as our hub for your therapeutic growth. You'll have your homework and session tracker, data tracker, and all of our customized work together in one place to take with you after we complete therapy together.
I see people weekly, or biweekly, for hour long sessions. The vast majority of people will experience significant improvement in their areas of concern in just 3-4 sessions.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and Ohio. I received my Doctor of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, and I have been practicing therapy for eight years. My clinical experience has been working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, self-esteem issues, acculturation, bicultural issues, and relationship challenges. I look forward to creating a collaborative relationship with my clients.
I'm a social worker with 50 years of experience with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults. I find that people get the best results when we look at their lives as a whole -- physical, emotional, intellectual, what many people call spiritual (your most deeply held beliefs and values), and socially, as a member of your community.
I have training and experience in a variety of treatments which are evidence-based. I can also do dreamwork if this is something that is appealing to you, but I have to say up front that these, while very well known, do not have the same degree of corroboration as evidence-based practices.
I have worked since the late 70s with survivors of trauma: physical abuse, neglect, sexual assault, and combat trauma. It is a great honor to have received the trust of so many who have endured trauma, and to have been a part of their healing.
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming. You've come so far just by looking for support, and I want to meet you with warmth and understanding right where you are.
My name is Jennifer Franck, and for over 25 years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate life's toughest challenges. My experience as a social worker has taught me that we all have an inner "toolbox" of coping skills. Together, we'll explore yours, adding new tools, fine-tuning the ones that work, and letting go of what no longer serves you.
I specialize in working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and self-confidence issues. My background also includes supporting those facing life-limiting illnesses, navigating aging and disabilities, and managing caregiving roles.
In our work, I promise to create a space where you can share your story without judgment. My goal is to listen deeply and provide you with support as you move toward your goals. I use several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing, to help you gain insight into the thoughts and behaviors that might be holding you back.
I commend you for taking this courageous step toward healing and growth. I’m here to be a partner in your journey, and I look forward to walking alongside you.

Hey there! :)
I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory distinction (LISW-S) based in central Ohio. I earned my MSW from The Ohio State University and have spent the past decade doing what I love most—helping people heal, grow, and thrive.
My journey began as a trauma specialist working with children in Treatment Foster Care and adoption in inner-city Columbus. At the same time, I supported children, young adults, and families in Worthington, Ohio, helping them find balance and connection in their daily lives. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting parents—especially those navigating the emotional waves of infertility, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and the beautifully complex world of parenting.
These experiences sparked a deep commitment to working with women to identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and step fully into their potential. I find so much joy in connecting with people from all walks of life, and I've had the privilege of working in urban, suburban, and rural communities. My current practice—and my roots—are in the beautiful Appalachian foothills of Ohio.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud animal lover, plant enthusiast, and people-person through and through. I believe in the power of humor, honesty, and human connection—and I’m here to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey.
As a husband and father of five, I deeply understand the joys and challenges of family life. My journey to becoming a counselor was a personal one, born from a desire to help others navigate life's complexities.
I have a unique perspective that comes from the many endeavors I have in life including my studies as a mechanical engineer that instilled in me a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, in that time I also discovered a deeper calling in helping people find their way. I believe in a collaborative approach, where I actively listen to understand your unique needs and challenges.
I draw on a diverse range of therapeutic techniques to provide practical, effective solutions that empower you to live a more fulfilling life.
Whether you're struggling with individual issues, navigating relationship difficulties, or facing family challenges, I am committed to walking alongside you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey of growth and healing.
My practice was born from the understanding that people who struggle often have filled their day to day lives with survival mechanisms: habits, actions, and thoughts that may have helped in the moment but become burdensome over time. The lasting effects of trauma can create an overwhelming sense of self-blame, leaving individuals questioning, "Am I the problem?" or "Did I do something wrong?"
My practice exists to help individuals build a healthier "life worth living". Where pain, fear, sadness, anger, and memories can be honored rather than suppressed. It is a place where healthier coping skills are developed, empowering clients to create lives filled with resilience and meaning.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has six years of experience and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a dual degree in Social Work and Nonprofit Organizational Management. Outside of work I love to travel, cook, and craft.
Hi, I'm Brandi and I'm excited to help individuals and couples improve communication and understanding in their relationships. As a practical person and therapist, I offer strength-based brief therapy to give your relationships that attention to create change and increase that potential to be well. I've supported individuals, couples, and families from various walks of life and backgrounds for over 12 years from working with family crises as case management to professional counseling. Are you wanting a better relationship with yourself or to manage stress better? Are you tired of going in circles and ready to have more understanding in your relationships? Then let's get to work!

I'm an independently licensed social worker in Ohio and Michigan with a Master's Degree in Social Work as well as Board certification. I believe that we have to prioritize ourselves and our needs, especially in tough times. I offer CBT, Mindfulness based stress reduction, motivational interviewing, Couples Counseling, and Narrative therapy and work with you to help determine what will help you most.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.

My name is Katelyn and I earned my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and have 5 years of experience providing therapy to clients recovering from trauma and abuse, healing from depression and anxiety, and hoping to increase their skills use. I earned my Bachelor's in Education and worked for a couple years in the special education setting of a middle school. I love utilizing my education background with clients to teach new skills and support families as they navigate the education system as well. Currently, I only offer telehealth appointments from anywhere in Ohio and have availability for morning and mid-day times. I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.

My goal is to help you heal, grow, and create a life that feels calmer, brighter, and more aligned with the person you want to become.
My journey back to school began with a period of self reflection where I thought about what I can offer others. As a wife, mother, classroom teacher, performing arts club founder, and day camp director I have worn many hats. Through all of these positions, I always found that my passion lay in connecting with others in creative ways, celebrating them, and helping them grow and find their strengths. Earning my Master's in Counseling and Art Therapy allowed me to focus on helping you achieve your goals and become the healthiest version of yourself possible.
Having coped with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and PTSD throughout my life, counseling is not just a profession for me; it is an opportunity to share the skills that I use every day. My own journey with mental health challenges gives me empathy and understanding, enriching my ability to connect with others who are struggling. I have met with 100s of clients and I would love to meet you!

Hello, I am Mande.
I have 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I love working with individuals helping them to meet their best version of themselves and their life.
Do you ever feel alone, as if no one understands how challenging life can be? Does it feel like everyone else has it figured out? Is it confusing how they are managing life challenges?
I would love to have the opportunity to help connect and express yourself. I find it helpful to look at life outside of social media and look at the reality of life and its challenges. There are many skills that are helpful in regulating your nervous system, challenging negative beliefs and increasing self-care.
