First session
In our first session together, we will do a brief introduction and gather relevant information related to your specific concerns. We will discuss the frequency and duration of the sessions to best suit your identified needs and concerns. We will collaboratively formulate a preliminary treatment plan based on the presented clinical information and work towards making progress to the identified goals in the follow-up sessions.

I bring 12 plus years of experience working with adults who have struggled with mood related disorders and substance use disorders to successfully cope with the stressors/symptoms and to achieve their goals to improve daily functioning.
Ideal clients
I work with adult clients experiencing mood related disorders and substance abuse concerns, negatively impacting daily functioning. Through Psychoeducation and evidenced based practices, I assist clients to apply the learned skills to cope and manage the symptoms to improve functioning.
