I am trained and experienced (over 20 years) in evidenced based therapy methods such as Cognitiive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, Biofeedback, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Cogntive Processing Therapy, I believe the sessions should involve theraupetic mental and sometic exercises not just talking. I practice from a holistic mind-body connection. We work on changing how you process past and future experiences on mental, emotional, physical and behavioral level.
