New to Grow
As a bilingual Latinx/e Therapist based in NY I am especially equipped to support adults navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions by offering a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard and understood. I believe in meeting people where they are and tailoring care to each person’s unique needs and goals. I use a trauma-informed approach which incorporates EMDR, mindfulness, and practical tools to help clients heal, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we focus on getting to know you, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to change. I believe in meeting people where they are, moving at a pace that feels comfortable, and making sure you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll begin to explore your goals and discuss how I can support you through a personalized, trauma-informed approach.
I use a trauma-informed approach which incorporates EMDR, mindfulness, and practical tools to help clients heal, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I work best with adults and older adolescents navigating transitions or feeling stuck—in school, work, relationships, or identity. Many are in creative fields, seeking comfort and confidence in their work environments. I also have extensive experience with clients managing complex trauma, grief, and family dynamics, using EMDR, CBT, and trauma‑informed care to support regulation, self‑compassion, and meaningful, lasting change in daily life.
I help clients change the way they think about themselves and the world around them so they can feel more positive about themselves and others.
I help people process traumatic events so they become desensitized to them and can have live a life that is more manageable without the symptoms of trauma.
