I am a LCSW in practice over 15 years. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, collaborative space. I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop tools to navigate life's challenges. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, begin building trust and comfort. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, questions you may have. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to me. Our sessions will be held on a secure platform via tele health. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you

I take an integrative, strength, based approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic , Somatic frameworks to support insight, emotional regulation and lasting change
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been using this method with success, working with client's to bring awareness to thoughts, help identify negative, unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT assists with addressing emotional dysregulation, maladaptive coping skills, we work on identifying triggers, vulnerabilities, working on building tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal communication skills
