New to Grow
I believe that therapy is most successful when the therapist-client rapport is strong and grounded in empathy, respect, and understanding. I specialize in helping high-achieving individuals who want to empower themselves to overcome low self-esteem, body image issues, and eating concerns. I also address mood challenges, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I offer high-quality, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to you: a combination of insights, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of your attachment style will be incorporated into your therapy. Because one size does not fit all, your therapy will include consistent check-ins to understand what is working well, which modalities you prefer, and which goals are most important to you.
In your first session, we will discuss your treatment goals and what you can expect the therapy to look like based on my therapeutic style.
I offer an empathetic space for you to feel comfortable collaborating, and communicating your needs, throughout the therapeutic process.
I work best with professional women that are looking to advance their work-life balance, mood regulation, self-esteem, and relationships. This can include women presenting with depression, anxiety, social isolation due to hectic work schedules, and poor self-images due inner critics. My ideal client will want a combination of insights and practical tools to address these issues: understanding their personality, childhood, while making small daily changes for daily improvements.
