A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as
I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present.
Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions.
I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.
Hi, I’m Chrissy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, veterans, and first responders. I work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, caregivers, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and have dedicated much of my career to serving those who have experienced high levels of stress and trauma in both personal and professional settings.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), interpersonal therapy, and couples counseling.
Having worked closely with veterans and first responders throughout my career, I understand the unique challenges they face—including PTSD, moral injury, burnout, and the impact of service on personal relationships. Whether you're navigating a life transition, coping with loss, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
Every client should feel like they found exactly the right person. If your main concerns involve grief, substance use, divorce, or couples therapy, you will find someone here who is a better fit. For everything else life has thrown your way? I'm right here.
📣Life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning/after-hour sessions (6:00AM–10:00PM EST), along with self-pay options ($110) to give you a little more flexibility.

So great to meet you. My name is Kim, and I would love to work with you to solve and work through things that are keeping you up at night and things that are stopping you from reaching your full potential. Are you feeling sad, anxious, stressed or "fed up"? Many people are feeling just like you. Come and share those feelings and find ways to deal with the stressors that are holding you back. Over the past 18 years, I have worked with people from every walk of life who struggled with a large array of obstacles and together we were able to work with them in an enlightening, safe and positive space.
Hi, I’m Samantha! I’ve been a clinician for over twelve years, and I genuinely love this work. My passion lies in helping clients tap into their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages in schools, juvenile justice, and long-term care—experiences that have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit.
As a mom, I understand firsthand how life can be both beautifully rewarding and incredibly overwhelming. I bring that perspective into my sessions—combining compassion, curiosity, and a sense of humor with a down-to-earth, real-world approach. Outside of my practice, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, organizing (yes, it’s my version of therapy!), and spending time with my family. Fun fact: I have a degree in Philosophy and even studied Japanese in high school!
I don’t believe therapy should be some boring clinical experience that you dread attending. I aim at creating a light hearted space for my clients to face whatever has brought them to my door.
(Well technically I don’t have a door since its telehealth but you know what I mean)
I talk so casually during sessions that you’ll feel like we’ve met before. I’ll ask you about what’s been going on and how you’re experiencing it. I’ll ask you how your much-needed date night went this past weekend, or how far you made it into that book you wanted to read. I sincerely want to know how you’ve been doing. I’m not afraid to talk about the hard or awkward stuff, and I’m also not afraid to let you know when you’re limiting yourself.
Our therapy is a judgment free zone. You don’t judge my cats who sometimes make an appearance and I won’t judge you.
I will put in the time and show up and if you will do the same great things can happen!
Some of you may be here because you are going through something that is very painful and my idea of ‘fun’ therapy may not seem to fit. I encourage you to give it a chance. We will have the difficult conversations and cry the tears but perhaps my approach will make all of that a little more bearable.

Maybe your mind feels like it never shuts off—overthinking, worrying, or constantly feeling on edge. Or maybe it’s the opposite... feeling low, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself in a way that’s hard to explain. Some days feel heavy, and even simple things take more effort than they used to.
You may also be carrying grief—whether from a loss, a life change, or something that didn’t turn out the way you hoped. At the same time, work stress or burnout might be adding another layer, leaving you feeling emotionally drained and stretched thin.
I primarily work with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my profile! Therapy should be uniquely tailored to each person. I work with clients to identify patterns of behavior that may have contributed to difficulties in relationships—with family, friends, or at work or school—and help find ways to create positive change. We learn to change our perspective on life, our past, our entire reality, and recognize that we really can control how we think and what we think about.
One of the primary purposes of coming to therapy is to be heard. I am here to listen and work with you to come up with a solution to the problem or issues you may be having.
I've worked with many clients coping with anxiety and depression, in particular, which has led to the development of a different approach that combines parts of a few different proven techniques. This approach is designed to change your perspective on your mental illness and learn new ways to cope, adjust, and adapt.
We work together to find what works!
Personally, I have been managing numerous forms of anxiety (including, at times, OCD and PTSD), depression, and bipolar II disorder since my early teen years, with about a decade battling addiction. Thankfully, I had the support of my family, my wife, my two daughters, and our multiple rescue pups. They're all the motivation and inspiration I need!
