About me

I help women who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, difficult relationships, or disconnection from themselves. Many of my clients understand their patterns intellectually but still find that their emotions and bodies respond in ways they cannot simply think their way out of. My practice offers integrative somatic psychotherapy that combines depth-oriented conversation with trauma and attachment work, somatic awareness, and nervous-system regulation. Together, we explore both where patterns came from and how they continue to show up in your relationships, emotions, and everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, with the goal of helping you reconnect with yourself, develop greater freedom and choice, and create meaningful change you can genuinely feel and live.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session begins with getting to know one another and gathering some background information at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You can share as much as feels right while we start exploring what brings you to therapy and what you would like to change. Over the first several sessions, I’ll continue learning about your experiences while you get a sense of me and how we work together. As we begin connecting the dots, we’ll identify recurring themes, understand how different pieces of your story relate to one another, and clarify where you would like to go. From there, our work becomes about helping you move from where you are today toward the life, relationships, and sense of self you want to create.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, intuition, and deep clinical attunement to my work. I listen closely to both what you are saying and what may be happening beneath the surface, helping us identify patterns that can be difficult to recognize alone. My approach integrates psychodynamic insight, attachment and parts work, somatic awareness, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and practical nervous-system regulation. I value genuine connection and want therapy to feel like a collaborative relationship where you can bring your whole self into the room. Rather than relying on a single method, I tailor our work to you, your history, and what emerges in each session. My strength lies in helping clients connect insight with lived experience so understanding can become meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is often a thoughtful, insightful woman who has spent years trying to understand herself and may already know exactly why she feels or behaves the way she does. She may be highly capable, independent, and accustomed to taking care of others while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty trusting her own needs and emotions. She may find herself overthinking, staying guarded, feeling responsible for everyone around her, or repeating patterns she genuinely wants to change. She is looking for more than coping skills or surface-level solutions. She wants space to explore the complexity of her experiences, understand herself more deeply, strengthen her relationship with herself, and begin living in a way that feels more authentic, grounded, empowered, and aligned with who she is becoming.

My treatment methods

Somatic

### Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy brings together traditional talk therapy with an awareness of how emotions and experiences can show up in the body. We may explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, past experiences, physical sensations, and the patterns you notice in everyday life. Together, we look at where these patterns may have come from, how they once helped you cope or feel safe, and how they may be affecting you today. This approach can be especially helpful when you understand something intellectually but still find yourself reacting in ways that feel difficult to change. Over time, we work toward helping you feel more connected to yourself, respond differently to difficult situations, and create changes that you can experience in your relationships, emotions, body, and daily life.
