Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes in meeting people exactly where they are—no judgment, no pressure, just real conversation and real support. Life can feel heavy sometimes. New stressors, a new job, family changes, relationship challenges, or just trying to figure out who you are and what you need right now—it’s a lot. And you don’t have to navigate it alone. I enjoy working with adults who are simply trying to make sense of life while doing the best they can. You don’t need to have everything figured out to come to therapy. You just need a space to exhale, reflect, and take things one step at a time. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. We’ll look at what’s weighing on you, what’s shaping your patterns, and what support you need to move forward. Together, we’ll work on growth, healing, and learning to give yourself a little grace along the way. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens, understands, and walks with you through the hard parts — I’d be honored to support you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about you—your story, your comfort, and what you need. We’ll take our time getting to know each other in a way that feels natural, not rushed or clinical. You can share as much or as little as you want; you set the pace, and I follow your lead. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping to change or understand. I’ll ask some gentle questions to help me get a clear picture of your life, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing. Nothing intense or overwhelming—just a real conversation so I can support you in the best way possible. By the end of our session, you’ll have a sense of what it’s like to work with me, the direction we can go, and how we’ll move forward together. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and hopeful about the next steps in your healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” method. Instead, I take an eclectic, flexible approach—pulling from a range of evidence-based therapies to match your personality, your goals, and the pace that feels right for you. I show up as a real person in the room. Clients often tell me I’m personable, relatable, and easy to talk to, which helps create a space where you can be honest, explore tough emotions, and feel supported without judgment. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, build skills that actually work in your day-to-day life, and grow in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. You don’t have to fit into a rigid therapeutic box—we’ll build a path that fits you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are tired of feeling stuck—whether it’s from depression, anxiety, new parenthood, major life transitions, or the pressure of stepping into new roles at work or home—and are ready to do the work with support, honesty, and compassion.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I take an eclectic approach, meaning I pull from different therapeutic styles based on what each client needs. I get to know the person in front of me and tailor my methods so the work feels supportive, practical, and effective. Whether we’re exploring thoughts, building coping skills, setting goals, or finding strengths, I blend the tools that fit best to help clients move toward growth in a way that matches their unique situation

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a very practical and supportive way. I help clients notice the thoughts and patterns that may be holding them back, explore how those thoughts affect their feelings and choices, and build real-life skills to shift them. Together, we work on developing healthier perspectives, trying out new coping tools, and creating small, meaningful changes that make daily life feel more manageable

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy by helping clients identify their strengths, resources, and what’s already working in their lives. Instead of staying stuck in the problem, we focus on small, realistic steps that move them toward the future they want. I work collaboratively with clients to highlight their abilities, set clear goals, and build on their successes so they can create meaningful change quickly and confidently.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their own motivation for change in a supportive, non-judgmental way. I work with them to understand their values, highlight their strengths, and resolve mixed feelings that might be getting in the way. Instead of pushing change, I guide clients in discovering their own reasons and confidence to move forward at a pace that feels right for them
