Welcome! My name is Ishanie (eye-shuh-knee) Sanchez-Rodriguez and I’m a licensed mental health counselor/professional counselor in New York, New Jersey and Florida. I have 14 years of progressive clinical experience in treating individuals, couples and families who struggle with mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, and personality disorders to name a few. Together, we will learn and utilize different strategies to build your toolbox of coping mechanisms and help you become the best version of yourself.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be an intake assessment, where we would offer brief introductions and start learning about various challenges you may currently be facing. This process will help you gauge whether I'm the right clinician for you. We will then commence our work by slowly utilizing skills to identify our triggers and learn how to best cope with them together.

I provide a safe space, free of judgment, for clients to work towards a greater sense of self empowerment and I am passionate about leading you to a balanced life geared toward feeling purposeful.
