Hi I'm Gaby. If you have been feeling sick and stuck in a negative thought process and wondering if there is anyone who can understand or help you, let's talk. I am here to help you experience change and escape from the pattern of life that has left you feeling different, unwell, and stuck. I am first and foremost a Trauma Informed Recovery Therapist. This means that I believe in you and I believe in your goals and I know we can find a way to get there while acknowledging all that you have been through. I realized I wanted to become a therapist during a serendipitous summer camp experience—40 feet in the air on the high ropes course, I learned that I loved helping people process challenging experiences in creative ways. I love using a lot of different approaches depending on what we are working on. Some of my favorite methods are cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I have been doing individual therapy with teens and adults of all ages since 2020. Previously, I worked as a clinical consultant, clinical director, and clinical supervisor in specialized mental health rehabilitation settings. I have been supporting people in creating and meeting their goals since 2012. I have used all of my past work experiences to learn how to work with clients to explore dreams, and strengths, and learn how to make these things their reality. I use eclectic strategies to support people as they sort through their lives and figure out ways to move forward in a new light. I believe that therapy is a special space that allows a person to sit, process, and problem-solve in a way that can’t always be done in day-to-day.

Hi, I'm Jenae! Ever feel like you're carrying the world on your shoulders, thinking you have to handle everything alone, only to feel suffocated by it all? It's a common struggle, believe me. But here's the scoop: counseling isn't about getting a to-do list or being labeled "weak" for reaching out. It's about finding a cozy spot to unpack what's on your mind and in your heart. It's a sanctuary where you can just be you, no judgments or expectations. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed, know this: seeking help is a brave move towards healing. You're not alone in this journey. I'm here to guide you towards understanding your thoughts, emotions, and actions better. With an authentic, easygoing, and even enjoyable approach, I create a safe, judgment-free zone where you can freely talk about your concerns. Together, we'll develop a roadmap towards a more fulfilling life that aligns with your values and desires. If you're feeling the weight of stress in any area of life – personal, relational, familial, professional – I assist you in understanding the impact emotionally, physically, & mentally. You'll discover how to leverage your brain's capabilities to navigate life more effectively. Let's turn current problems into growth opportunities!

Dealing with stress is something that everyone experiences, regardless of age or life stage. It can become overwhelming in various situations, such as: - Being a teenager battling self-esteem issues - Being a young adult trying to find your identity - Being a parent trying to find a balance between family and work life - Struggling in a relationship because of past trauma - Trying to move forward but grief is controlling you Neglecting your mental health can lead to not just a lackluster life, but a miserable one. I can address any concerns you have through therapy. My goal is to help you navigate your emotions instead of telling you what to do about them so that you can find peace and happiness for yourself. That could look like: - Waking up without dreading what your day entails. - Facing the world with confidence. - Having the courage to say no. - Setting healthy boundaries. - Celebrating life instead of fearing the inevitable.

The great poet Rumi wrote "out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." That field is a space where calm, love and forgiveness exist. There is no judgement, only acceptance here. And in that soul space you are free to find those fragments of you that are lost, and begin to piece them back together. I'm licensed in both Florida and Michigan. As a licensed clinical therapist and licensed substance abuse counselor, I have experience running very powerful substance abuse and co-occurring groups. Prior to that, I worked as a social worker in Flint, Michigan for many years as a therapist, caseworker and in crisis intervention. My experiences have given me such a rich experience and exposure to the many factors that contribute to our personal mental health and well-being. I've been fortunate to work with people in their homes, in the community, with their families as well as the private practice setting which have given me a much richer experience than just an of an office setting alone.

Hello, My name is Karenna Lang and I am a licensed master's level clinical therapist. My educational background includes master's degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and the University of London. I am licensed to practice in the State of Michigan as well as the State of Connecticut. If you are facing challenges in your life and are considering therapy I am happy to assist. Many of us experience issues with anxiety, confidence, and self-esteem. Emotions, thoughts and behaviors can be very challenging. It is my goal to assist clients with understanding how these three components are interrelated and to assist clients with empowering themselves to achieve increased awareness, introspection and insight and gain a happier life. Are you faced with worry? Do you find yourself overthinking and experiencing racing thoughts? Perhaps you experience social anxiety. Are you facing a history of family trauma? Or perhaps, issues with communication and conflict in a relationship? Perhaps you are dealing with a stressful matter related to your career, or educational endeavors. Or, you may be dealing with identity issues and/or gender changes. These are just some of the examples of the topics I can address with you. My primary areas of interest include persons suffering from anxiety, persons with a history of family trauma, and individuals and couples experiencing problems with communication and conflicts. I also enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Whatever issues you may be facing, it is a courageous step to seek and obtain counseling services and I am happy to offer a friendly approach and a safe, confidential, respectful, and supportive environment.

I’m not your typical therapist—and that’s by design. You won’t catch me in a blazer with a clipboard asking, “And how does that make you feel?” Instead, I show up in jeans and a t-shirt, ready to create a space that’s authentic, safe, and deeply grounded in trust. Therapy with me feels more like a real conversation than a clinical interrogation. I specialize in walking alongside people who’ve been through massive, life-altering trauma—whether that’s the complex wounds of family conflict, the heavy burdens carried by survivors of sexual and physical abuse, or the unique pain experienced by those navigating PTSD and narcissistic abuse. I’m deeply committed to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community who often face trauma rooted in marginalization, misunderstanding, and identity struggles. Beyond individual and relational trauma, I also work with people impacted by large-scale, collective trauma—survivors of war, violent attacks, murders, and other devastating events that shake the very foundations of safety and trust. I live with ADHD myself, so I intimately understand what it’s like to feel scattered, overstimulated, or to have a brain that just works a little differently. That personal insight informs how I show up in our work together—whether you’re neurodivergent or simply need a therapist who truly “gets it,” you’re in the right place. Trauma healing isn’t about ticking boxes or applying textbook techniques—it requires presence, patience, and a real human connection. My style is relaxed, honest, and deeply supportive. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure, and together we’ll work toward reclaiming your wholeness. Healing doesn’t have to be clinical or cold. It can be raw, real, and deeply human. That’s what I bring—and that’s what you deserve.

I want to work with you if you are between the ages of 25 and 55 and struggle with anxious attachment, people pleasing, setting boundaries, feeling triggered, anger, anxiety, depression, co-dependence, parenting issues, and ADD/ ADHD. These symptoms and attachment style are often related to each other and often related to similar childhood experiences of inconstant or abusive/neglectful caregivers. (ADD and ADHD is not cause by caregivers, however, when it goes undiagnosed in children, there is s strong correlation to symptoms described above)

Since 2000, I've dedicated much of my professional career as a life coach. In 2016, I began my journey to become a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in assisting individuals in managing their challenges. My approach integrates both intellectual and emotional aspects to support clients effectively. Using CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational interviewing techniques, I provide structured, goal-oriented processes while focusing on achieving specific therapeutic goals. Addressing the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma by reducing symptoms of trauma-related disorders, such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety, among children, adolescents, and their families. Concentrating on helping clients explore and resolve ambivalence about change, the collaborative and client-centered nature effectively enhances motivation, promotes engagement in treatment, and supports clients in making meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. My goal is to be the last therapist you have to see, that when we are done working together you have the skills to be able to manage life on your own. I love facilitating change and would love to help you develop a better way of being. I have found that developing a better relationship with yourself is essential for many people to achieve their goals. Self-awareness is not self-criticism. Having had experience working with many different people from many different backgrounds and issues has helped me to see how I can fit the tools I carry into something useful for you.
