New to Grow
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who helps children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to each client’s needs. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and goals so we can create a plan that fits your needs. You’ll have the chance to share at your own pace, and I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I combine evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with creative tools such as play therapy and mindfulness, making sessions engaging and effective. Clients often share that they leave with clear strategies they can use right away and feel genuinely supported in reaching their goals
I work best with children, teens, and adults who are ready to address anxiety, ADHD, depression, or the stress of major life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create positive change. I’m especially effective with individuals who are open to learning new skills, exploring their thought patterns, and actively participating in their growth.
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with children, adolescents, and adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related challenges. In my practice, I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, examine how these impact emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.
