About me

Welcome! I'm Jerrica Fuller, a licensed counselor. Congratulations! You have taken the first step to bettering your mental health and creating a more fulfilling life. My goal is to create a safe space that allows clients to explore concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance use and other issues that hinder ones quality of life. Together we can work side by side to develop a plan to overcome the obstacles and barriers holding you back. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will begin with introductions and expectations. We will explore current obstacles and concerns and develop a plan to guide us in future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in the mental health field for over 20 years I have vast experience in a variety of areas. I have worked with diverse populations and value the uniqueness of each individual. I believe in adapting to individual needs and creating a person centered plan.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who feel stuck and desire to move forward. Clients who know that there is more to life, however have not discovered their inner strengths and abilities that can help them achieve their desired goals.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

By developing acceptance of experiences out of your control and focusing on your values it is possible to foster commitment to creating a healthy, enjoyable life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts are extremely powerful. They influence not only our feelings but our behaviors as well. Negative experiences can lead to cognitive distortions. Learning to challenging these distortions and replace the negative thoughts with more valid, positive thoughts can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Having just completed my first consult with Jerrica, she's given me tools to allow me to fix the parts of me that need to be worked on. All the while without judgement, kindness and empathy. I'm looking forward to Jerrica helping me on my path to become a better father, husband and person overall. Thank you Jerrica!
