I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions — those moments when things feel unsteady and you're not quite sure how to move forward. My approach starts with building a warm, genuine relationship where you feel safe to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. From there, I bring in practical tools — often drawing on CBT and coping strategies — so you leave sessions with more than just insight, but real ways to manage day-to-day. As a parent myself, I understand how life's transitions can test us in ways we don't always expect, and I bring that same steadiness and practicality to the people I work with.

I am a sex-positive therapist who works with a wide range of issues. I work using a combination of short and long-term goals. However, I only currently work with 18+ year old individual clients. Hi there! I'm probably not much different from you. Trying to navigate life's rough moments. Wishing and holding on to dreams and aspirations - feeling disappointed or defeated when they slip away or seem consistently out of reach. Universal human traits and needs may seem cliche, but I've come to discover that it is reflected in all of us. My experience as a therapist has helped many people gain fundamental insights into themselves and realize that we're not that much different [some just wear better masks!]. It has also helped me to recognize why it can be difficult to breakout of feeling perpetually stuck. Sometimes my clients mirror myself and it can be a humbling but meaningful experience. One of my strengths is humor -very underrated! I like to sprinkle that into my work when possible as it helps to balance the heaviness of life. I don't always hide behind my therapist role - I share my experiences to help build connection, to normalize, and highlight that no matter who you are, we're likely seeking something similar from and for ourselves.

Over the years, I have learned valuable resources for stress reduction through grounding techniques using the breath and cognitive restructuring to produce a calmer state of being. I participated in an all-day training for clinicians to learn how to apply nature-based interventions and tools for individuals interested in this intervention. Hello and Welcome! I am a social worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to work with a psychiatrist who believed there was more to treating mental health than medication. I participated in a training with him and I was transformed as a therapist. I was trained in the relaxation response and mindfulness meditation and using the body to help heal people who have had significant trauma and mental health challenges. From there, I went on to get my yoga teaching certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Since then, I have been helping children, adolescents and adults learn more about themselves and help them connect with the truest part of themselves. I believe my purpose is to help people learn to love themselves. I lived in CA for a long time and still hold my LCSW license. I was fortunate enough to study with a number of teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center who have influenced my work. I blend a number of different frameworks into my practice including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, somatic psychotherapy and self-compassion. I am mindful and respectful of all differences (racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, gender, sexual orientation, ability etc.) and strive to understand each person within the context of their life history. Every person who seeks treatment has unique needs and goals. I strive to work collaboratively with you to keep your goals at the center of our work together. I stand in solidarity with the BIPOC community and all those impacted by systemic racism and oppression. I will uphold my own values and ethics and support all those who are speaking out against injustice of any kind. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space for all.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—especially if you've tried therapy before and felt misunderstood, stuck, or unsure if it was helping. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. I'm Jenny, a neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, and burnout. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, first responders, individuals facing fertility challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand firsthand that many people move through the world feeling different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to meet expectations that weren't designed with them in mind. Whether you're navigating executive functioning challenges, sensory sensitivities, masking, burnout, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space where you don't have to explain or justify your experiences. Many of the individuals I work with have spent years putting others first, minimizing their own needs, or feeling like they should be able to manage everything on their own. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain insight into what's keeping you stuck, and develop tools to help you create change. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I work alongside you to identify meaningful goals and create a path forward that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with you. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or simply feeling ready for change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

I am also the founder of the Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy (SRRT) framework, a model designed to help partners look inward with honesty and compassion. SRRT combines structured exercises with guided reflection to increase self-awareness, empathy, and accountability—the foundation for lasting relational repair. This approach grew from years of clinical work and research into what helps couples not only resolve conflict but transform how they relate to one another. In addition to my work, I am the author of Always and Forever: Goals for a Healthy Relationship, offering couples practical tools for communication, trust, and growth. To build relationships that feels safe, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. I specialize in couples therapy, sex, premarital counseling, affair recovery, trauma, and individuals seeking to understand their emotions or strengthen their relationship readiness. Clients often describe my style as calm, thoughtful, and engaged. I listen deeply, help clarify the emotions beneath conflict, and guide clients toward connection and repair. If you are looking for a couples therapist in Cambridge, MA, I welcome you to reach out and begin the process of rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy and finding your way back to one another.

I work well with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, self-critical, or tired of repeating painful patterns in their lives and relationships. I often help with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional intensity, low self-worth, and relationship stress, especially when someone knows what they want to do but struggles to follow through. My style is direct, supportive, and down-to-earth, and I use CBT, DBT, REBT, and motivational interviewing to make therapy feel practical, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. I also bring warmth and humor into the work so it feels more like a real conversation with someone in your corner vs being analyzed by some human computer
