As a trained yoga teacher, golfer, and founder of an active tennis group, I'm energetic and warm. I strive to create a space where my clients can learn how to utilize their voice to live the life they deserve. I created a foundational mindset skill framework that I share with my clients to build their core skills; along with mindfulness-based techniques to help my clients work on building self-care, self-esteem, boundaries, personal growth/development, career, and healthy relationships.
