I am Dorian Turner- Licensed clinical social worker and founder of iThriveTherapy PLLC. Providing mental health services since 2013.
I specialize in working with high-achieving women who experience high-functioning anxiety—the kind of anxiety that doesn’t stop you from succeeding, but makes everything feel harder than it should. My clients are often driven, capable, and dependable, yet struggle with chronic overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty resting, and constant pressure to “do more.”
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals. I am personable, empathetic, and genuinely care about the client's progress throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to meet clients where they are and create a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work towards meaningful change.
I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and more.
I earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Springfield and a graduate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University. In addition to counseling experience, I served as a substitute teacher and developed and ran a teen youth group.

I’m Dr. S. Kyle Cardwell, a licensed mental health professional with over 17 years of experience providing therapy to teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, identity concerns, and life transitions. I’ve worked extensively with adolescents in both outpatient and residential settings, and I understand the unique emotional, relational, and developmental challenges they face. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve also served in executive leadership roles—including as CEO of a residential treatment center for youth—where I oversaw program development, staff training, and systems-level implementation of trauma-informed care.
My approach to therapy is both compassionate and direct. I offer a safe space for patients to speak freely, but I also ask meaningful questions and challenge patterns that may be holding them back. I use a range of evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, EMDR, REBT, and psychodynamic principles, adapting treatment to meet the needs of each individual. For patients who wish, I can also integrate Christian faith into the process in a respectful and thoughtful way. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I’m here to walk with you toward healing, clarity, and a more grounded life.

Therapy has changed, and thankfully so. The old idea of spilling your heart out to someone who feels distant, judgmental, or out of touch does not work anymore. So let’s not do that.
I’m Jessica Milgrome, a licensed mental health clinician with 15 years of experience, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I work with women navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, burnout, and major life transitions.
My approach is modern, direct, and judgment-free. Therapy with me is a real conversation. No awkward silence. No walking on eggshells. No wondering if you said the wrong thing. We talk openly, focus on what actually helps, and skip techniques that do not fit your real life.
Sessions can be video or phone. If video feels too intense some days, that is okay. Therapy should feel supportive, practical, and human.
To share a bit about myself, I’m a big fan of stand-up comedy because laughing really is life. I look forward to Mondays for Spotify’s Discover Weekly playlists and live by the mantra, “When words fail, let the music speak.” I also share my life with six dogs.
I’m here to help you organize your thoughts, build confidence, set boundaries you can keep, and move forward feeling clearer and more grounded.
