New to Grow
Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful choice. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My practice focuses on supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, and substance dependency, with dedicated experience serving veterans, military families, and the LGBTQ+ community. I use a compassionate, strengths-based approach to help you navigate life’s toughest challenges and build a path toward lasting healing and happiness.
For our first session my goal is to make sure you feel heard and comfortable. Deciding to start therapy is a brave, difficult decision! You may find you are in a situation where you feel like you are stuck, or are navigating some of the most difficult times of your life. Having the experience of being listened to, of being validated, and being supported can be the beginning of the process of healing.
My goal is to aid each person in their journey, helping them find their own power, happiness, resiliency, and inner strength. Together, we can navigate the challenges you are facing and work towards your path to healing to help you learn how to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, identify how to draw on your strengths to make positive changes.
