The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have lots of experience working with many different populations. I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety and depression, racial identity issues, and narcissistic abuse. Additionally, I enjoy working with teens age 14-17 who struggle with self esteem issues, peer pressure, anxiety, and other various challenges they face during adolescence

culturally diverse clients, adult children of immigrant parents, teenagers 14-17 with self esteem issues victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse

I help clients develop cognitive and behavioral interventions to use when dealing with issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, and depression.

Compassion Focused

I help clients learn to cope with negative feelings such as guilt, negative self talk, and self criticism by providing a nonjudgmental, safe, confidential, and calm space for you to explore those feelings.
