You may be someone others rely on—at work, in your relationships, or within your family—but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. You might find yourself overthinking conversations, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while your own take a back seat. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, or difficulty communicating their needs. I also have a strong interest in working with veterans and understand the unique stressors that can come with both military and post-service life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, and DBT to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences shape current patterns. From there, we focus on developing skills to manage anxiety, reduce stress, set healthier boundaries, and improve relationships.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. Over time, many begin to feel more confident, more grounded, and better able to navigate stress and relationships in ways that feel healthier and more sustainable. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, or relationship challenges, therapy can be a place to gain clarity and create meaningful change. I welcome you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I tend to be a good fit for individuals who are thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated for change, but feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own. Many of my clients are high-functioning and used to managing a lot on their own, yet find themselves overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or challenges in their relationships. If you’re open to exploring your patterns, building practical skills, and making meaningful changes in how you navigate stress and relationships, we’ll likely work well together.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people notice unhelpful thought patterns and find new ways of coping. In our work together, you’ll gain practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and feel more in control of your daily life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients develop a different relationship with their thoughts and emotions rather than feeling stuck or controlled by them. This approach focuses on increasing psychological flexibility, helping clients clarify their values, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want—even in the presence of stress or discomfort. My goal is to support clients in feeling more grounded, present, and aligned with what matters most to them.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help clients better understand and manage intense emotions, reduce overwhelm, and improve relationships. This includes building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication. My approach focuses on helping clients apply these tools in real-life situations so they can feel more in control and respond to challenges in healthier, more balanced ways.
