She really heard me, recognized patterns in my thoughts and behaviors that I wasn't sure anyone else could see, and encouraged me that I can succeed in meeting my goals. She offered support to be there to carry the weight of my pain together when I cannot carry it alone. She has a plan in place that we worked on together to get me where I want to be, and I she gave me confidence that we can make this plan work.
