Hello and welcome! Have you been thinking about therapy but you're not sure where to start? I'm here to help you identify and prioritize issues that might be holding you back from thriving as your best self. It takes courage to begin therapy and pursue a happier and more fulfilled life, and I commend you for taking this brave step forward! My therapy style is empathetic and respectful, and I take pride in creating a safe space that optimizes reflection, healing, growth, and fulfillment. I strongly believe that you are the "expert in you" meaning that you know yourself best, and I highly value your input and experiences in our work together. My approach is collaborative, and we will decide the agenda for each session together.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we will have brief introductions and then I will ask you thoughtful questions to get to know you and help you hone in on what your goals are for our time together. There are no right or wrong answers here, but I often find that clients who are more open and reflective will get the most out of our sessions.

I work with clients to examine unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors in order to better manage anxiety, depression, and stress.

I help clients become more aware of their emotions, develop healthier emotional habits, and improve communication skills.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I help clients build on their strengths and resources, and focus on moving forward toward goals one step at a time.
