New to Grow
Welcome to Integrated Mind & Body Counseling I believe healing happens through connection. Over the years, I’ve learned that people are stronger than they realize. Even in difficult seasons, there is an underlying capacity for resilience that can be rediscovered and strengthened with the right support. My passion is helping people build resilience by deepening self-understanding, strengthening relationships, and developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
In our sessions together, you’ll find a warm, collaborative space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood as we use science-based strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), positive psychology, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
My approach is both insight and action oriented. I help clients understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and then work with them to build practical tools to shift those patterns in real life. While the past shapes us, it does not define what is possible now. My focus is on the present moment, where awareness and choice create the opportunity for meaningful change and growth.
I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, (social anxiety) depression, bipolar, as well as individuals wanting to improve their self-esteem . Clients who are looking to improve their skills in communication, and managing conflicts with family, work or partner settings. Clients looking to improve both their physical health and mindset. Clients who are struggling with focus and follow-through
