Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.

Life can be quite challenging. Many times we are facing situations that we are not prepared for or have prior hurts that affect our ability to overcome. When we get into these places it is easy to feel stuck or even blind to what is really going on. It is easy to shut down and isolate out of fear of what others may think. I enjoy providing a safe, warm, and caring environment to help you pull down any walls or barriers so you can face the situation head-on. Many past clients have shared how I have helped them see things in a different light so they were able to rise above the challenges and grow during the process. "All things work together good for those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
You were created for a purpose and I want to help you discover what that is while helping you equip yourself better for it.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of experience providing counseling across community mental health centers, school-based settings, and private practice. Growing up in a rural town with limited access to care, I witnessed firsthand the barriers many people face when trying to receive support. That experience shaped my commitment to delivering accessible, culturally responsive, and effective treatment. Since 2019, I’ve offered telehealth services alongside in-person sessions, ensuring clients receive quality care—wherever they are.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) with over 16 years of experience helping clients reprogram the patterns running their lives — patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting that often operate automatically without conscious choice.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their mental health goals. I create a compassionate and collaborative environment, empowering individuals to find healing, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives.
I am also the author of You're Not Stuck — You're Automated: Why You're Not Lazy, Undisciplined or Unmotivated — And How to Finally Create Lasting Change, available on Amazon and at boundlessbelieving.com.

Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.

I am involved in Men’s Ministry inside and outside of my church. Haggai 2:9 is a verse that is close to my family's heart: “The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house, says the Lord Almighty, in this place I will grant peace, declares the Lord Almighty.” My goal and prayer is that I can help individuals move into a better place than they were when therapy first began. My wife and I have three boys and one grandson. Our family enjoys spending time outside on our 20-acre property “Creation Acres” or getting away camping. My boys and I enjoy spending time in the woods or on the lake.

Mental illness is as real as any physical illness. We talk normally about cancer and diabetes, although the same should apply to mental illness. Emotional and mental health are just as important as the physical health of a human being. The emotional trauma that a brain endures in various of the human life cycle can be damaging and in the long run, just as detrimental as a psychical illness.
People donate their organs, but they cannot donate their brains. Some people live with human-made hearts, but there is no such thing as human-made brains. I believe that our brain is the most important organ in our human body, so why don’t we start taking good care of it?
Therapy is not only for people with mental illness. Therapy is for everyone. We all have faced or currently face some hardships in life. Talking to a therapist can help you deeply in improving your mental health, decrease your stress and live with more joy and intention! Make your appointment today!
I help people who are navigating depression, anxiety, and big life transitions find their footing again. In our work together, we'll look closely at the thoughts and patterns that tend to keep you stuck and build practical tools you can use between sessions. My approach blends practical, goal-focused strategies with a strengths-based lens, meaning we'll spend as much time noticing what's already working for you as we do address what feels hard right now. I bring a warm, non-judgmental presence to every session, and I believe healing happens fastest when you feel genuinely seen and supported.

Is your worrying, depression, or anger taking over your life? Is the loss of a loved one too painful to cope? Are you trying to find a solution to a damaged marriage or relationship? Is it difficult to stay calm and composed when angry? Seeing a professional is one of the best decisions you can ever make for yourself. I'm not here to issue judgement, but to focus on getting you back to a happier and more fulfilled life. I can help you cope but I can also help you conquer the overwhelming stressors in your life.
My job is simple. It's to help you get back to living your BEST life. I understand that anger, depression, anxiety, grief, and broken relationships can derail even the strongest person. It's not easy, but it's possible!
My current practice is an extension of my work in Toronto, Memphis, Cincinnati, and New York. Since 1999 I have worked with individuals, couples, children and families, suffering from depression, anxiety, anger, grief, shame, and trauma. Let's get you back to living your best life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the field for the past seventeen years. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families for six years. I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to self-esteem, effective communication, depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage counseling, dementia, and Christian counseling. You are the expert on your story and have many strengths to help you overcome challenges. I strive to help you uncover your true potential and ultimately reach your goals by implementing solution-oriented strategies for successful transformation.
Is emotional upheaval getting in the way of moving forward with your life? I would love the opportunity to help you to sort through the sources of the emotions, help to make them more manageable, and help you to regain some sense of direction and progress for your life. Working toward more refined beliefs and understanding about emotions, circumstances, and responses to them can be helpful.
In my roughly 30 years as a psychologist I have mostly worked with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship problems, and aging issues. I have worked with ages ranging from elementary school to 70s and a little older. I have found that experience allows me to realize client needs more quickly than in my early years in practice, and hope to use this experience to your benefit.
Note that online scheduling is limited, and my practice schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 1pm to 6pm, and Wednesday from 12pm to 5pm. If you need assistance with scheduling, please contact me via the Grow Therapy messaging platform. I typically respond to messages during regular business hours. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities.
I have been counseling over 20+ years. My background is quite varied, which I think helps me connect with people from all walks of life. I worked in private practice supporting lawyers, nurses, teachers, and kids. I understand the unique weight of professional burnout and secondary trauma. I spent significant time working in high-intensity environments- correctional and juvenile facilities as well as residential substances abuse programs. My 20+ years of experience has taught me to adapt my tools to the person in front of me.
Are you striving to find satisfaction with your work, life or relationships? Do you want to focus on fixing immediate problems rather than unraveling past hurts? Do you want to build a strong foundation for your current or future relationship? Have you grown tired of being treated like a problem and not a person? I primarily take a narrative approach to counseling. Narrative therapy begins with the premise that you are not the problem; the problem is the problem. The way we see ourselves can be defined by the language that we use. I see my role as a co-author, helping you develop an alternate personal history so that you may move forward with courage and confidence.

I received my master's degree in Professional Counseling in 2009 and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology in 2016. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults to overcome barriers in their lives and become the best version of themselves.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family stress, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has strengths that can be built upon to create meaningful change.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will explore the challenges that brought you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move toward your goals.
My background includes extensive experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, care coordination, and clinical supervision, giving me a deep understanding of both emotional well-being and the real-life systems that can impact mental health. Whether you are struggling with stress, navigating a difficult life transition, healing from past experiences, or simply seeking greater balance and fulfillment, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you on your journey.
