Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Brunswick, Georgia. I have been licensed for over 25 years. I've worked in both private practice and in public and private schools providing counseling to clients dealing with Learning Disabilities, anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution. In private practice, I have assisted families and couples resolve conflicts and develop deep, loving, and lasting relationships.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked as a therapist for over 20 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past twenty years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

I have been providing a Christocentric approach to counseling for clients who are looking for a spiritual approach to dealing with stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.
