Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Brunswick, Georgia. I have been licensed for over 25 years. I've worked in both private practice and in public and private schools providing counseling to clients dealing with Learning Disabilities, anxiety, depression, and conflict resolution.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past twenty years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Christian Counseling
I have been providing a Christocentric approach to counseling for clients who are looking for a spiritual approach to dealing with stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.
