I’m passionate about a holistic focus to helping others on their journey to overall wellness. Helping others increase their self-awareness through talk therapy is key, and I believe once an individual recognizes their personal strengths & capabilities the sky is the limit. I integrate CBT with Motivational Interviewing on my mission to help people recognize what faulty beliefs, and unresolved past experiences may correlate with present day maladaptive choices & behaviors. I am a licensed mental health counselor (Florida & Delaware) with over 25 years of experience working with diverse individuals in the community, private practice, and residential substance abuse treatment. Never in a million years did I ever think providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, would be the career to captivate my heart….but it is! My specialties are working with clients who may be suffering from traumatic incidents, substance abuse, various forms of anxiety (PTSD, stress disorders), depression, self-esteem, and gender identity. Making the decision to receive any form of mental health counseling can be taxing, however, the results are often positive and rewarding. Learning to face your fears in a healthy and appropriate manner is a sign of growth and maturity. It is not an easy task. You will cry, laugh, and maybe feel a little uncomfortable at times. This is just the therapeutic process working to make you emotionally stronger. *Please note that my preference for treatment sessions are individual and group therapy. However, I do provide a limited number of couples or family therapy sessions for special circumstances.

Hey, I'm Robyn. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, and one thing I've learned is that life can be complicated. Sometimes you know exactly what the problem is and just don't know what to do about it. Other times, you just know you're tired of feeling the way you feel. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well. I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons. With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia. I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

My name is Michael and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. As a psychotherapist, my vocation is supporting individuals, working together on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and learning to thrive from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, and when it is most convenient for you. My work commonly addresses individuals experiencing difficulties in life due to problems stemming from difficulties early in life, anxiety, depression, major life changes, academic challenges (undergrad, graduate, post-graduate studies), the discomfort of feelings that go along with hypervigilance, procrastination, and perfectionism. Sometimes, we need help from someone new, experienced with developing collaborative relationships to find strengths we take for granted, and to embrace that we can be the person we’re meant to be. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or major life changes? Let’s talk! I do not prescribe medication, and I do not see clients under the age of 18.

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I integrate several therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Through these methods, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful or “stuck” beliefs related to past experiences, strengthen personal motivation for growth, and develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we work to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate healthier perspectives that support long-term well-being. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are navigating trauma, stress, life transitions, and mood or anxiety-related concerns. I work with adults who are navigating depression, relationship struggles, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, academic or career stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real. In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together. I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving. Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.

Relationships can become painful when communication breaks down, conflict keeps repeating, trust feels fragile, or emotional distance grows. I help couples and individuals work through marriage concerns, relationship stress, repeated arguments, emotional triggers, intimacy difficulties, attachment wounds, infidelity, betrayal, and broken trust. My approach is compassionate, practical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and faith-sensitive when desired. I help clients identify the patterns that keep them stuck and develop healthier ways to communicate, understand one another, manage conflict, rebuild trust, and create stronger emotional connection. For couples affected by infidelity or betrayal, I provide a structured space to address the impact of the betrayal, understand triggers, improve transparency and accountability, and begin rebuilding safety and trust. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, pornography-related concerns, emotional distress, and relationship challenges. Therapy may focus on understanding emotional patterns, improving coping skills, strengthening boundaries, increasing self-awareness, and developing healthier relationships with yourself and others. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which informs my work with communication, conflict, friendship, intimacy, trust, and relationship repair. I integrate evidence-based interventions with sensitivity to each client’s culture, values, family background, and spiritual beliefs. Whether you are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, betrayed, stuck in the same arguments, or uncertain about the future of your relationship, therapy can provide a structured place to slow down, understand what is happening, and work toward meaningful change. We all have life challenges at some point in our lives, whether at a point of transition or loss, but sometimes just desiring greater self-reflection. I love helping to facilitate adaptations or change.

Do you feel like you're running at full capacity with no room left to breathe? On the surface, you have it all together: the high-performing professional, the dependable parent, the supportive partner. Underneath, it's different. Anxiety that won't quiet. Depression creeping in. Burnout from roles that never let you clock out. Often it's all of them at once, tangled together until they blur. I bring an engineer's mindset to therapy. My background in Mechanical Engineering shaped how I see problems, not as isolated issues but as complex systems needing recalibration. Most high-achievers I work with are tired of surface-level talk therapy; they want results. Together, we analyze what's actually breaking down, whether it's depression, anxiety, career burnout, or family dynamics. We build a concrete evidence-based plan using tools such as DBT and EMDR to process trauma and tackle performance issues. For over a decade, I've guided clients through major life transitions, for example career pivots, new parenthood, and loss, toward lives rooted in purpose and sustainable well-being.
