For nearly two decades, I have dedicated my life to helping people navigate through their 'darkest days.' From their intricate journey of substance abuse recovery to managing long-term mental health needs, my goal has been to provide more than just support. I provide a roadmap back to self. My practice is built on a foundation of evidence-based clinical expertise and a deep, genuine empathy for the human experience. Meeting clients virtually, I remove the barriers to care, allowing us to focus entirely on your goals. I am a firm believer in the power of resilience, and nothing makes me prouder than watching my clients succeed and reclaim the lives they’ve envisioned for themselves.
Your first session is a dedicated time for us to connect and define your path forward. After we discuss the parameters of therapy and confidentiality, we’ll move into an assessment to help me understand the full picture of your experiences. This isn't just about gathering data—it's about making sure you feel understood. We will then spend our remaining time co-creating your treatment plan, outlining the specific steps we will take to help you reach your goals. You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of how our work together will look.
My greatest strength as a clinician lies in my ability to create a high-trust, high-accountability space. I provide a realistic and compassionate framework that allows clients to peel back the layers and be truly authentic. I describe my approach as 'supportive with substance'—I am deeply caring, yet I maintain the professional firmness necessary to keep you moving toward your treatment goals. This unique dynamic ensures that we move beyond conversation and into meaningful, sustainable progress.
My ideal client is an individual at a crossroads—someone with the drive to succeed but in need of a structured plan to move forward. I provide a supportive space to process the emotions and decision-making patterns inherent in life's major shifts. Beyond individual work, I am dedicated to helping families move from friction to harmony by building healthy communication and unity. Whether you are navigating a personal pivot or seeking a deeper sense of purpose, I facilitate the journey toward your unique measure of success

Even though this was just my assessment, she was very warm, understanding, reassuring and attentive. She led me time, which didn't make me feel rushed and she calmed my nervousness.

She was easy to talk to. Very understanding and truly compassionate. She made me feel safe and unjudged. She heard me... She saw me... She made me feel like for the first time in a long time, my feelings matter. She helped me identify things i could change and behaviors i was presenting the first session and I can't wait for the next one. She's direct but not in a harsh way. She asks questions and doesn't just sit there and let you talk aimlessly. She listens and responds and challenges. In love
