From their intricate journey of substance abuse recovery to managing long-term mental health needs, my goal has been to provide more than just support. I provide a roadmap back to self. My practice is built on a foundation of evidence-based clinical expertise and a deep, genuine empathy for the human experience. Meeting clients virtually, I remove the barriers to care, allowing us to focus entirely on your goals. I am a firm believer in the power of resilience, and nothing makes me prouder than watching my clients succeed and reclaim the lives they’ve envisioned for themselves.
Your first session is a dedicated time for us to connect and define your path forward. After we discuss the parameters of therapy and confidentiality, we’ll move into an assessment to help me understand the full picture of your experiences.
