I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have been in the counseling field for 20 years and licensed for 17 years. My experience include providing services in multiple clinical settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospital settings, outpatient substance abuse services, community mental health/forensics group home supervision, in-home/community counseling services and mobile crisis response services. I hold a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychology. My passion is truly to help others. Helping them to reach their highest potential and becoming the best possible version of themselves. Helping them through life's challenges, as well as providing hope, resources and therapeutic interventions for those in crisis.

Clients can expect to actively participate in sessions as part of building transparency, supporting treatment, and encouraging personal growth. The most important part of this process is being willing to put in the work needed to move forward.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a coaching and therapeutic framework to support individuals in developing rational thinking patterns, effectively managing emotions, and building healthy coping strategies. My approach is strengths-based, helping individuals recognize and use their existing abilities to promote resilience and meaningful change.
